IT is acting as a CRM for our company to put all of our activists in one place.
Mastered Marketing with HubSpot - Easy and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub is easy to use. I think it's pretty easy, and I've been using it for about six months, which has allowed me to master it. It's very nice and very easy to use, which helps in organizing my workflow efficiently. The pipeline feature is particularly valuable because it keeps me informed towards the end of the month when I want to know how much I've sold. I just look at my pipeline and everything that's marked as booked, and it does the math for me, telling me my totals; it's very convenient. Additionally, the AI feature that recaps conversations is extremely useful. Whenever I get back to a patient I haven't talked to in a long time, I know exactly what happened in that conversation due to the AI transcript. Lastly, my team loves HubSpot, and I find it perfect for the business we are in, which is dental.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think what can be improved is the accuracy of the pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to organize patient follow-ups and manage new leads efficiently, solving issues with organization. The platform makes tracking and maintaining good follow-ups easier, especially when handling numerous leads, streamlining my workflow.
Fantastic Reporting & Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I really like using HubSpot Marketing Hub for its intuitive drag-and-drop tools, which make creating landing pages and emails extremely easy and user-friendly. The platform has fantastic reporting capabilities that are tremendously useful for understanding the problematic areas that need improvement. The email marketing reporting is particularly valuable as it helps me identify which customers are genuinely interested in our business and allows us to allocate our communication efforts more effectively. Additionally, I found the initial setup of HubSpot Marketing Hub to be very easy, which was a significant advantage. Overall, this tool significantly enhances my marketing efforts with its efficient design and comprehensive analytics.

It is very helpful in organizing our tasks and contacts, so you don't lose track of a customer

Sometimes it can feel in personal, as if I am only sending emails without contact with my contacts

I find HubSpot Marketing Hub incredibly useful for providing insights into our buying process and allowing us to reach customers at scale. The platform gives us access to insightful customer data, which is invaluable for our marketing strategies. I particularly value the HubSpot lists and email features because they enable us to segment our audience based on regions or buyer personas effectively. The marketing emails are user-friendly, and I appreciate the ease with which they can be scheduled in advance and incorporated into comprehensive campaigns. Additionally, the platform's initial marketing feature setup is very straightforward, helping our team get started quickly. Its capability to integrate with our sales tools and Slack enhances our workflow significantly, making it an integral part of our marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was more design flexibility within their marketing hub elements. It is very restrictive and has limited design capabilities. The design functions are very basic, such as drag and drop and selecting specific colors. There's no advanced features such as shadowing, gradients, etcetera. I think if you want more advanced design and banding features, you may eventually feel limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to streamline marketing emails and customer updates, inbound forms, gaining customer insights and reaching them at scale. It allows segmentation for campaigns and is user-friendly. We also use Hubspot for tracking our campaign success metrics.

I dislike that the landing page building is wonky. It would be better if it matched the functionality and ease of use of the email builder.
