Excellent CRM Tool with Intuitive Interface and Easy Activity Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
This is excellent for CRM practices and also features an easy to use interface and also it helped me to track activities easier
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is updated every three to four months, which keeps things fresh and easy to use. However, during these updates, the system sometimes gets stuck, and the maintenance work can take quite a while to complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It systematically keeps track of emails, calls, and deal activities, making it easy to generate reports as well.
Free, Feature-Rich Platform for Unlimited Learning
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is free with the option to upgrade and learn as much as you can and want. It also has a sales and marketing platform

I get overwhelmed with all the different features

marketing emails and ideas, reaching out to customers, how to deal with issues
Intuitive All-in-One Tool, Big Fan
What do you like best about the product?
I find the user interface pretty intuitive. I like that there's a whole range of capabilities all in one platform, making it easier for different elements of marketing to talk to each other. I appreciate that the file repository is stored in HubSpot, allowing us to use different graphics and images across various channels and marketing campaigns. It's an all-in-one marketing tool that's really convenient for smaller marketing teams like ours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's an opportunity to provide even more value with add-ons like the chat app chatbot on the website and the calendar scheduling link a la Chili Piper. I don't know that those are in our package. I think that stuff is pretty core to modern marketing teams these days. I'd love to be able to use some more of the bells and whistles. And famously, I think that there's no spell check functionality within the email tool, which we use very frequently, and I think that's an easy area to hopefully fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for emails, landing pages, call to actions on the website, and intense signals from top prospects.
Comprehensive CRM with Room for Streamlined Survey Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I like how clear HubSpot Marketing Hub is and the depth of tools it offers. There are a lot of great functions that, if set up correctly, can be powerful, self-running lists. The customer success dashboard is particularly useful for me, as it allows me to manage all our company's clients in one space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up surveys needs to be improved. It currently is a very difficult process. Once you create a survey, it is hard to edit it at all. Also, when creating the survey initially, setting up the responses is difficult because they all have to have a unique name, and it's an arduous process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub as our primary company CRM. It solves the issue of account management and keeping detailed records of each client. The customer success dashboard is particularly useful, allowing me to manage all our company's clients in one space.
Effortless Attribution Management That Saves Time
What do you like best about the product?
This tool makes attribution much less labor-intensive, helping to cut down on the amount of work required.
What do you dislike about the product?
It appears that I can't turn off notifications, or even choose which types of notifications my team can view them. I wish I had the option to manage these settings.

This application is helpful because it brings all our marketing needs together in one place, allowing us to manage and take action directly from within the platform.

I love how intuitive HubSpot Marketing Hub is and how easily I can use its various features. Its design and usability make managing marketing campaigns simple and efficient for me, which saves time and reduces complexity. I also appreciate the link tracking capabilities, which allow me to effectively monitor campaign performance. Additionally, the initial setup of the product was quite simple and intuitive, which greatly facilitated the implementation process for our team. I believe these features make HubSpot Marketing Hub an exceptional tool for marketing management.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for the execution and tracking of marketing campaigns. Solve issues related to contact management, customer data centralization, and customer experience management, as well as facilitating contact nurturing.
Perfect for Small Businesses Starting Out
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that as a small business, you have the option to start using the platform for free and then continue to grow alongside it as your needs expand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost does increase quite a bit as you scale up, which makes it rather expensive.

It’s helping me bring together all of my different marketing tasks into one place, making everything more streamlined.
Effortless Navigation and Beautiful Design
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use the navigation and the look of the entire platform. Customer service is amazing and have been very knowledgeable. The reports and views are so nice to look at and very easy to interpret. I have implemented 2 HubSpot instances from the ground up and it has been very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes filters and workflows can be complicated.

Segmentation, insights on marketing emails and workflows make email campaigns SO easy and fun!
Intuitive, Seamless Automation, Needs Better Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate how intuitive HubSpot Marketing Hub is, making it incredibly easy to navigate and use. It sometimes feels like the software can anticipate my needs, especially when it comes to filtering reports by specific date fields, which enhances the overall efficiency of my work. The ease of applying date filters right at the top of reports and having them affect all the reports within a dashboard is impressive. I also enjoy the automation features, which streamline many processes, such as creating deals for contacts who fill out forms, ensuring that only qualified leads are targeted. Additionally, the seamless integration with other tools like Salesforce and Power BI via Windsor Data Integration is a huge advantage, allowing me to create comprehensive reports that include data from multiple sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more reporting options for email marketing analytics. I am finding it very hard to make custom reports on open rates, clicks and other metrics for certain email types only or that I can filter by custom fields I made specially to classify AB test types.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to generate reports, helping the team make informed decisions. It automates lead attribution, streamlines deal creation, and enhances lead capture, email nurturing, and social media management, which boosts our efficiency.
