What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub brings all marketing tools - emails, workflows, landing pages, and analytics into one platform, saving lots of time and making campaign performance very clear. HubSpot Marketing Hub helps with automating email workflows, lead nurturing, and campaign management, centralizing analytics and user behavior tracking to make data-driven decisions easier. The initial setup was very smooth and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features come with limitations unless you upgrade to higher plans, which can be costly. The reporting dashboard could be more flexible, especially for deeper SEO insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to automate marketing activities, helping with email workflows, lead nurturing, and centralized analytics. It streamlines my SEO strategies and integrates all marketing tools, saving time and making campaign performance clear.

The initiation in HubSpot Marketing Hub is complicated, especially the migration.

I appreciate how HubSpot Marketing Hub makes my marketing efforts more efficient. I really like having everything on one platform—it helps with organization. I also enjoy being able to create a lot of content from one piece with the help of AI. The initial setup was quite easy, especially with a demo call with the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is really high. It would be better if it was a bit cheaper.

I use the campaign tab to manage and measure my campaigns easily. The CRM contacts feature helps me segregate my leads effortlessly. I appreciate its lifecycle tracking from inquiries to deal closure, as it tracks the potential of all user journeys in each medium effectively. When a lead comes in, it's moved and tracked by the sales team, helping measure the potential of leads and follow up easily to close deals.

I feel embedded forms are not that much flexible & customizable like we do it in custom way

we can only use one workflow at a time when we want to push emails from apollo, that is a bit annoying.

I love the Workflow feature, it's super powerful. It allows me to create automations, and based on the answer, I can create more automations. It's like an Agent tool. HubSpot Marketing Hub makes my life easier by handling the CRM from Subscriber Lead to opportunity and Customer. The initial setup is dead simple, it's a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say let's just expand to ERP, Because currently it only covers CRM, but with all of their power is really possible

User-Friendly Interface, Comprehensive Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendly interface of HubSpot Marketing Hub, which comes with a lot of analytics tools. It's great for seeing open rates and click rates, and lets us send out batch emails to hundreds, even thousands of customers at once. I really appreciate the Analyze tab where we can view very nice infographics that clearly show important KPIs. These features help us evaluate whether a campaign was successful and inform our strategies for future campaigns. Also, having a very responsive account success manager is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes depending on which reports you are running, it can be quite slow. Depending on the amount of data involved.

HubSpot Marketing Hub offers a user-friendly interface with robust analytics tools, helping us monitor open and click rates. It simplifies batch email sending to customers, making our campaigns more efficient.
