User-Friendly but Confusing Terminology
What do you like best about the product?
I find the interface of HubSpot Marketing Hub relatively easy to use. The dashboards and summary info are good, helping me understand and manage the data effectively. Breeze is also quite helpful and explains things well, which enhances my user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of different terms that can be confusing, and need to filter a lot (many clicks leading to desired outcome).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for setting up sequences, attributing deals, measuring ROI, and making decisions about marketing fund allocation.
Excellent Tools and Highly Recommended
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great product, and the tools it offers are excellent. I would definitely recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, configuring things can be a bit challenging, but that's just the nature of software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emails, KB, Campaigns, and just all around data collections
Intuitive Interface and Flexible Segmentation, but Room for More
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the recent updates to HubSpot’s segmentation builder, being able to use more flexible AND/OR logic has made targeting much easier and more accurate. I also appreciate how simple it is to set up workflows. The interface feels intuitive, so I can build and automate campaigns quickly without needing a lot of technical steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact management can be challenging, and reporting on marketing performance by segment is especially difficult if the campaign or data wasn’t originally set up with that segment in mind. If something isn’t tagged or structured correctly from the start, it becomes hard to pull meaningful segmented insights later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us manage and execute our marketing email sends more efficiently. It centralizes our audience, messaging, and workflows in one place, which saves time and ensures our campaigns go out smoothly and consistently.
Excellent Experience with Room for Tracking Enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easily integrated into the HubSpot tool to access and sort our contacts for engagement.

Some of the tracking could be more robust and improved

HubSpot Marketing Hub's high pricing stands out as a major drawback for basic features like custom reporting or A/B testing. Limited functionality in lower tiers, such as no native A/B testing, restricted email templates, and inflexible annual contracts.

For campaigns, it solves fragmented management across tools by centralizing assets like emails and forms. This benefits me directly through higher engagement from personalized emails triggered by form submissions, reduced manual work via automated workflows, and clearer insights into what drives conversions, saving time while boosting results.
Intuitive, Feature-Rich, challenging for non-English markets
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub to be intuitive and user-friendly, which makes it very easy to use. I like that it's constantly updated with new features and more functionality. I appreciate the AI agents and feedback tools that provide me with valuable insights about our customers, helping us make the right decisions. The insights and signals are particularly helpful in understanding where we might be lacking in the customer journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's still hard to use all the features properly since we're a Swedish company working towards the Swedish market. I'd like to see that you can have the same account for several markets and continue to have the main account in English but get more help to set up signals and buyer intent on Swedish keywords, same for the SEO tool.

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us work smarter and more efficiently in every step of the customer journey. It's intuitive and user-friendly, with constant updates that add more functionality. AI agents and feedback provide valuable insights, helping to understand customer behavior and improve decision-making.

I love how user-friendly HubSpot Marketing Hub is while still offering a lot of complex functionality. The workflows are great because they allow us to do so many things, yet creating them is very easy. I also find the initial setup to be very easy.

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me bring all my marketing activities into one clean, easy-to-manage system. Earlier, I had to juggle different tools for emails, lead tracking, landing pages, and analytics, which made the process slow and confusing. With HubSpot, everything is connected; my emails link to my CRM, I can track every lead’s journey, automate follow-ups, and see which campaigns are performing well in real time.
It saves a lot of time, reduces manual work, and makes it easier to stay consistent with my marketing. The biggest benefit is clarity. HubSpot shows me what’s working, what needs improvement, and where my leads are coming from, helping me make smarter decisions and run campaigns more effectively.

Effortless B2B Marketing Management with Excellent Training
What do you like best about the product?
Great for managing our B2B marketing efforts alongside the sales team. I can track what sales is doing, add marketing efforts, and then track it all together. They have great training as well and I've joined several live training sessions that were super helpful. It's easy to use and easy to set up with all our information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I inherited my Hubspot instance and it's always nicer to start from scratch. You really need well organized data for it to work well. A few more rules around data would be great to keep things from going off the rails.

Helping us manage our inbound and outbound efforts in one place along sales.
