All-in-One Platform That Simplifies Marketing and CRM

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most is the 'all-in-one' nature of the platform. Having my email marketing, CRM, and social media tools in a single place eliminates the need for messy third-party integrations. The automation workflows are intuitive, allowing me to build complex lead-nurturing sequences in minutes without needing any coding knowledge.

The ease of implementation was a huge win for us; we were up and running much faster than with our previous CRM. I use the platform daily to manage our lead flow, and the intuitive interface makes it easy to stay on top of tasks. Additionally, the customer support team is exceptional. Whenever we encounter a snag with a complex workflow, they provide fast and actionable solutions that keep our campaigns moving.

This is easy to integrate into your daily workflow and marketing tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mandatory annual contracts are a downside, as they lack the flexibility that smaller businesses might need. I also dislike how quickly the 'add-on' costs for things like additional contacts or reporting power can double your monthly bill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before HubSpot, our client's data was scattered across spreadsheets and multiple apps. HubSpot solves this by centralizing everything in one CRM. This has benefited us by automating repetitive follow-ups.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything lives in one place... email, forms, landing pages, automation, and reporting. It saves us time and makes it easier to keep marketing aligned with sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there isn't a full integration with NetSuite; there are many custom fields we have in NetSuite that don't sync with Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves a lot of the manual work around tracking leads and campaigns. Instead of juggling multiple tools, we can see engagement, lifecycle stages, and performance in one place, which helps us make better decisions and stay aligned with sales.

I wish that there were more native features and that we didn't have to integrate tools, specifically regarding webinars, which is a critical marketing channel for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all my marketing tools live in one place, so I don’t have to juggle multiple platforms. The automation is easy for me to use but still powerful enough for advanced lead nurturing and personalization. Marketing and sales share the same data, which makes it easy for me to track leads from first touch to revenue. Personalization feels simple, without having to create lots of different versions. The reports and dashboards clearly show me what’s driving leads and revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features require higher plans, which can be restrictive for smaller teams or budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can build and send emails quickly with drag-and-drop editors — no coding needed. I have created automation workflows send the right emails at the right time, based on how contacts behave, It was very helpfull Personalization tools make our emails more relevant without manual effort

What do you like best about the product?
It was extremely easy to schedule content across platforms and make social listening reports from the insights.
Especially since our sales CRM was also on hupspot, it was extremely easy for the marketing team to pick up consumer insights collected by the sales team from the CRM and use it in our marketing e-mail and social media campaigns. The whole sales and marketing being on one platform helped.
Both sales and marketing teams used it everyday at Friday Media Group.
Also everyday I would be surprised about how many solution Hubspot offered, for instance I needed to build a landing page for my e-mail campaign and was looking all over the internet on where to build it, then my marketing team told me I could easily do it on hubspot :p
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't anything in particular I disliked about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At FMG in particular it solved the problem of collaboration between Sales and Marketing team.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub stands out for bringing multiple marketing functions into one unified platform. Email marketing, lead capture, automation workflows, CRM integration, analytics, and campaign tracking all work seamlessly together.
The UI is intuitive despite the platform’s depth, and the learning resources, documentation, and onboarding are excellent. Automation workflows and lead scoring help streamline marketing operations, while native CRM integration ensures strong alignment between marketing and sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback is pricing. As contact volume and feature requirements grow, costs can increase significantly, making it less accessible for early-stage startups. Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, and customization flexibility in certain areas can feel limited compared to specialized tools. Reporting, while powerful, sometimes requires a learning curve for advanced use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the challenge of fragmented marketing tools and poor marketing–sales alignment. Instead of managing multiple disconnected platforms, HubSpot centralizes lead generation, nurturing, tracking, and attribution in one system.

This results in better visibility into the customer journey, improved lead quality, and more efficient campaigns. For me, it reduces operational overhead, improves conversion tracking, and helps scale marketing efforts with automation while maintaining consistency and data accuracy.
