Easy-to-Use Platform with Exciting New Features
What do you like best about the product?
We use it for email marketing, forms, and social media. It is easy to use, and there are many new features planned for the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't encountered any issues and I'm happy using this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking for a CRM that we can use across all of our marketing operations.

What do you like best about the product?
We evaluated three marketing platforms in parallel and chose HubSpot for its ease of setup and integration with our existing tools & workflows.
The insights we derive across channels, campaigns, and touchpoints is top notch. The platform's UI/UX is extremely simple and several different teams across our organization have adopted the tool in their everyday usage with minimal support.

What do you dislike about the product?
We are yet to fully see the value of their latest AI features (Copilot, Agent, etc.). Peer marketing platforms have had great AI feature breakthroughs and offer actionable insights - look forward to HubSpot releasing similar products soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hub brings together data from different sources and campaigns to manage leads efficiently. Our team doesn't need to manually sync these data sources anymore. Our lead volume grew drastically last year and Hub's automated lead management and scoring feature helps segment our leads with ease.

The Marketing Hub is very interactive and user friendly. Its easy to use and implement

Support is slow and not very efficient. The partner onboarding is expensive

We have switched from Marketo which was old school and not to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is straightforward to use. I can quickly duplicate templates, which makes it simple to send out my outreach emails to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have found it much easier to use if there were more tutorials available. It also took my internal tech team quite a while to integrate it with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often need to contact our clients and encourage them to register for our events. This tool definitely makes that process easier.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it brings everything into one place. I can run email marketing, manage paid campaigns, and track performance thanks to its integrations with platforms like Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn. It makes it easier to manage lead generation, monitor the funnel, apply lead scoring, and ensure that new prospects are consistently entering the pipeline and being followed through to conversion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main challenge is how often the platform changes. As HubSpot has grown, it has become more complex, and it’s not always intuitive to know where new features are located. What started as a simple tool has evolved into a very robust system, which means you need to invest time in ongoing learning to understand what’s new, what’s useful, and what no longer needs to be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the problem of having marketing and lead management spread across multiple tools. Being able to manage the entire lead pipeline in one platform and follow up with leads consistently helps me stay organized, improve response time, and move prospects through the funnel more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
It works very well for our company, has an easy-to-use design and the administrative tools are well designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not had any negative experiences.

The dislike about the HubSpot marketing Hub its costlier than other tools in the market its would be quite expensive especially for small or mid sized business
