What do you like best about the product?
The Knowledge Base database makes it easy to share documents and information with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Customer Support platforms could be a little more user friendly, but they have been making several improvements this past year and hoping to see more!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates an ecosystem where you can combine a CRM/Ticketing Center/Blogs/etc. to make your business needs more convenient.
Valuable CRM Solution with Pricing Concerns
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for CRM and sending marketing communications. I appreciate how it allows us to automate processes and consolidate our customer data from various sources. I also like the Brands add-on, and we use the marketing email functionality the most because it helps us send targeted, mass emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive for what it offers. Several desired features require a Marketing Hub Enterprise subscription, which is pricey, and should be offered as add-ons to the Marketing Hub Professional plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot Marketing Hub to automate processes and consolidate our customer data from different sources, which enhances our marketing efforts.

What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it has a very user-friendly interface that everyone can understand from the start. You can add all your social media accounts and program all your posts without any problem.

Currently, I'm satisfied with all the features that HubSpot Marketing Hub has to offer.

HubSpot Marketing Hub is solving the problem of having one centralized platform where we can see all the metrics of our social media posts and program all the posts for our different accounts, all in one place.
All-in-One Platform with Endless Tools

Everything is at one place, and there are so many tools to choose from.

At times, the number of options can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub offered us a chance to have most of our tools under a single roof. And then we can decide what to do with the date, profile the users right there or elsewhere.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us centralize and automate our marketing efforts, especially lead capture, nurturing, and follow-up. Before HubSpot, campaigns were fragmented across tools and required a lot of manual work. With HubSpot, we can automate email workflows, segment audiences based on behavior, and track engagement across the entire funnel. This has improved lead quality, reduced manual effort, and given us clearer visibility into what’s driving conversions and revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the cost as your contact list grows and when you need advanced features. Some reporting and customization options also require higher-tier plans, which can limit flexibility for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us automate lead generation and nurturing while keeping all marketing activity in one place. It reduces manual work, improves lead follow-up, and gives us clear visibility into campaign performance, which has helped increase efficiency and conversion rates.
Intuitive and Efficient Marketing Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub intuitive and easy to use. It's very easy to set up, whether it's workflows or customer journeys. It makes our campaigns flow a lot smoother and it's a lot quicker to get things set up without the downtime of confusing software or obtaining analytics. Overall, it meets our needs quite well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't find anything I dislike. Hubspot is very good at finding and addressing "pain points".

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is effective and offers a solid way to analyze data. Customer support is very accessible, and the front end is user-friendly, making the implementation process smooth. Integration with our other tools was seamless and straightforward. They also include nearly all the features we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only 30 days are provided to analyze after the deal is created.
