We love HubSpot and it's functionality
What do you like best about the product?
We love how easy it is to create templates, upload and create lists, and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I haven't come across anything that I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to track our subscribers, start lead generating, and use automation for our invoices, monthly newsletters, abandoned carts, etc.
Efficient, intuitive, and central.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can do everything in one place!

I wish more things were a part of HubSpot Marketing Hub, not just integrations (such as text features)

It has made it easier to spend less time sharing content across platforms! I love the workflow tool.
Customizable Dashboards 🔥
What do you like best about the product?
The hubspot dashboards are user-friendly, fully customizable, and update in real time. It is so easy to share various tests with the team from one convenient location
What do you dislike about the product?
It took awhile to get comfortable with creating the dashboards and some of the unique reporting capabilities aren't obvious right off the bat

What do you like best about the product?
It's quick and easily to implement. It works best when you combine with CMS and the whole HubSpot Ecosystem
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to do some workaourds if you have a major enterprise account as it doesnt allows cloned contacts (same email) so you need to share those between markets including the whole contact activity which may bring some headaches

Marketing automation as it's best, combined with operation hubs is probably one of the best SaaS

Hubspot marketing hub is the #1 tool in my marketing team set. It enables me to have control over my marketing and sales data, and me better decisions

Professional Level is Worth It
What do you like best about the product?
Automated workflows, user-friendly workspace, easy to create segmented lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to purchase Professional to get any use out of the product, and the price is much higher than Starter. Some things don't work as you'd expect and require workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Housing all data from form submissions, setting up automations, sending monthly emails, tracking email automation

HubSpot Marketing Hub is a great way for us to leverage our CRM data and easily activate campaigns.

Limitations on maximum data storage around certain parts of the tool.

LOVE it - The AI Keeps Making it Get Better and Better

All of my content is hosted in one place, and can now be remixed via AI!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there was a way for emails to include personalization tokens that are flexible based on different data (ie. a Google Review link that is unique to different geographic regions)
