Centralizes Marketing with Seamless Slack Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Marketing Hub integrates all my inbound leads into potential leads when people fill out forms, and how it integrates with Slack. It automatically sends a message to the Slack channel when an inbound from marketing comes in, and can automatically assign an account executive to work on that lead. My team found the initial setup pretty easy and they have been growing into it and making better use of it ever since.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limited customization in HubSpot Marketing Hub. Some areas of the system are less flexible compared to other tools. The landing pages and forms can feel rigid or require heavy HTML work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to centralize all my marketing, integrate inbound leads into Slack, and streamline assigning leads to account executives.
Clear, Easy UI and Efficient Salesforce Connection
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very clear and easy to use. It also connects with Salesforce relatively efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is good overall, but I’d really appreciate the option to have a video call with a rep so we can walk through a few things via screen share, which isn’t available right now. Also, the cost can add up quickly since different features fall under different packages, and each package comes with an additional cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With automation, we try to keep both our customers and prospects engaged by sending emails whenever certain triggers are activated. This saves us a lot of time compared to doing it manually, and it has helped improve our conversion and customer retention.
User-Friendly with Advanced Email Marketing Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the interface of HubSpot Marketing Hub is very user-friendly and easy to understand. The email editor is WYSIWYG but also offers HTML options, which gives me the flexibility to build complex and highly designed templates. The initial setup was very easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find marking folks as marketing contacts to keep our costs down is cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps with building dynamic segment lists, tracking engagement and web activity. It's user-friendly, and the email editor offers flexibility with HTML options for complex templates.
Intuitive and Integrated, but Overkill for Small Firms
What do you like best about the product?
I think the biggest thing is that it's just very intuitive. Going to the deal and putting in the right information, we're able to customize it for our onboarding process. We can put rates and discounts in there, and it integrates with our practice management software, Clio. The contact shows up in Clio, creates a new client, and matter in there where you can then do all your billing. So, the convenience, intuitive aspect, and its integration with Clio are all great for us. It was also very easy to set up HubSpot Marketing Hub and import existing contacts to customize forms for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's a little bit overkill for what we do. We don't do a lot of cold calls, and it's kinda overkill for a smaller business like us. It can kinda overcomplicate it a little bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us automate finding clients, contacting potential clients, and onboarding them. It simplifies getting them to sign an engagement letter.
Great Automation, Challenging Setup Process
What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us stay organized. Building segments and lists for email campaigns is helpful because it's automatic, saving time from manually creating lists. We can easily pick a segment and assign it to an email, and the automated workflows are good too. When someone fills out a form, they'll automatically get an email from us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We just implemented it, so I'm still learning a lot so far. I liked Zoho better because I knew where things were. I feel like it had more to offer than HubSpot so far. The initial setup was pretty hard. We're still syncing all our accounts and contacts, and certain fields aren't translating correctly, which is kinda a headache.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us coordinate budgets for events, manage contacts and accounts, and quickly get emails out. It saves time on list building and automates workflows, like sending emails when forms are filled out. It organizes our processes and tracks RFP responses and outcomes.
Intuitive and Effective for Email Campaigns, A Solid 10/10
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use of HubSpot Marketing Hub. Finding things within it is pretty simple, and setting up lists and campaigns is straightforward. I've also taken many of the courses, earned certificates, and posted them on LinkedIn, which usually gets a lot of engagement and is wonderful. I appreciate learning the ins and outs of the marketing hub through these courses, discovering small tweaks I might have missed otherwise.

Streamlined Marketing, but Needs Scheduler Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub simplifies everything for me, so I don't have to jump around different sites, allowing me to track performance easily. I enjoy that I can find all my data in one place, making it easy to see all the campaigns at once. The flow of data being centralized is great because it lets me track social performance and post content directly from there. I can easily schedule and test email campaigns, send them for approval, and then track the results to make smart decisions. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the consistency of the social scheduler could be improved. A lot of times, I end up having to reschedule or repost things because they didn't publish correctly. I really rely on it to help me have time to do other projects. It also provides transparency to my VP on what is happening on the social calendar, so I need the posts to go out as scheduled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to schedule social posts, send emails, and review MQLs and SQLs. It solves data fragmentation by keeping all my data and campaigns in one place, simplifying tracking and analysis.

I also appreciate that with HubSpot, we can capture every lead or inquiry as it is rightly tagged, allowing us to follow up efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we do campaigns for 15+ colleges, and as the workflow grows, things can get messy. Add to it if we want automation, advanced reporting or higher contact limits the cost shoots up.
