Hubspot provides sequence to run in an email, which automate the process
It provides Email logs of the team. So, anyone from the team can visit the customer profile and get all the relevant informations.
Additionally it provides meeting scheduler. Which is really helpful to get the appointment from the customer at their convenient time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it provides a comprehensive suite of tools,including email marketing,social media management,content management and analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be expensive ,especially for smaller businesses or those with limited budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves problems like lead generation,conversion, and analytics,benefiting users by strealining marketing processes,enhancing personalization, and providing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.

Huspot is user friendly and I like the feature where you can transfer a tile to another tile to track it's progress

The ticketing system has a lot of parts where I think its irrelevant

I can easily track the progress of my plans. We usually use it on the process of delivering the clients order.

Hubspot provides a wide range of tools for B2B companies. Remarkably, it doesn't fall into the "jack of all trades, master of none" trap. Hubspot excels in most of its features, whether it's customization, email marketing or integration capabilities and everything is seamlessly connected and scalable.
Where Hubspot truly shines is in its support and community. They offer extensive resources, including live chat or live meetings, and maintains a large user community where additional help is always available.

What do you dislike about the product?
The cost, especially in countries with devalued currencies, can be prohibitive for smaller companies looking to access its advanced features.
At times, a developer may be required to implement certain advanced customizations. Addtionally, while the platform is highly customizable, tools like workflows and custom reports can be difficult to maintain, even feeling overwhelming at some moments.

Easy and friendly to use
What do you like best about the product?
Time saving and user friendly. The tools helps a lot with the email automation features. Saas produc, easy to impletement. It was a must to use it in my company.

There are panel limits which slow my process

The email compains by hand takes too much time for an ROI not so good. The automation allows us to concentrate our effort in value added tasks.
Good for Automation, Lacks in Reporting Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the intuitive nature of HubSpot Marketing Hub, which makes it easier for me to navigate and utilize the platform effectively. The new lead scoring system is a significant improvement for my workflow. It allows me to implement complex scoring logic without requiring manual workarounds. By productizing these complex mechanics, I'm able to independently score actions separate from firmographics, resulting in a calculated score that aligns well with our strategic goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the reporting in HubSpot Marketing Hub to be abysmal and lacking in flexibility. The dashboards are not user-friendly, and the lack of flexibility makes them nearly unusable. Additionally, the way HubSpot does not mirror Salesforce's Contact/Account vs. Lead structure poses challenges in mapping data correctly. This structural inconsistency creates complications when trying to align HubSpot data with Salesforce data, making the integration between these two systems difficult and cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to automate marketing, keeping leads engaged through email, forms, and lead scoring, eliminating manual workarounds, though reporting flexibility is lacking.
Alot of features with a learning curve

It't not new but I have been experimenting with email marketing which has turned to be a good decision.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say if they can UI more interactive and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best problem I solved is marketing atumation like if I get a lead, I am automatically sending them welcome emails and followups.

The social media management has been key to our organization. From planning to assisting create content, and it continues to add more features. It makes it very easy to create, plan, and publish.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish all of the AI features were free to use because some of them could really improve processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It compiles all of our social media posts, now including YouTube, and allows us to easily see what is performing well and what is not. We can schedule posts right from HubSpot to all of our connected platforms. It also allows us to quickly build or edit landing pages, which allows for easy SEO changes.

What do you like best about the product?
I've seen the evolution of Hunspot's marketing hub and it has become increasingly helpful for our business. The platform overall is pretty intuitive for the technical marketer and I like that it integrates with many tools within our tech stack, making it our source of truth for data and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations with the Salesforce integration which does cause gaps in our reporting and requires constant management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub enables us to attribute marketing activities to closed won business which is key for marketing. It also allows us to run ongoing marketing programs covering the full lifecycle of our target audiences.

It is an all in one solution for marketers to generate and nurture leads. Having everything under one roof is a game changer.

Additional social platforms. Would love to be able to connect more accounts.
