Love Hubspot but it requires improvements

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, the overal functionality is sufficient for our types of activities
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics could have been better, also automation possibilities are quite limited

It helps a ton with automating our work and the volumes of marketing contacts are well considered for us

What do you like best about the product?
It has greatly helped streamline our customer communications and provides real-time visibility into our sales pipeline.
The email tracking and logging features is incredibly useful for our sales team, as it allows us to follow at the right time. Additionally, the seamless integration with other HubSpot features has made our processes more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that some of our team members have had issues with the Outlook extension no working consistently, which interrupts our workflow occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enhancing lead nurturing by identifying which content and interactions resonate most with leads at different stages of the buyer's journey. Using multi-touch attribution models to account for the complexity of modern customer journeys. Tracking ROI activities, insight reports, and campaign impacts on the bottom line makes it easier to strategize for future projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Hubspot has everything I need at a base level as a Marketeer. Easy enough to find the different features I need. Creating dashboards is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the attribution of traffic is not always correct when looking at ads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One platform to complete the majority of my work.

What do you like best about the product?
So, it appears that I have to provide a more detailed description of my experiences with HubSpot for G2 to post my review. Okay, here it goes. The best part about HubSpot, in my opinion, was the CRM, it’s free, and because of this, I wanted to get into the platform more deeply. I signed up for the starter packages for all the services they offered. This, in turn started me down the path of using their system exclusively for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
This leads to what I dislike about HubSpot and the unfortunate decision to stop business with them and the platform. We had two hurricanes hit us in Florida, and for some reason, I found that I was logged out of my account on all devices. I have no clue how that could happen, but it is what it is. And, of course, my other administrator is here as well, so both of our power and internet were down for over 2-weeks. So, with that being said, I could not get signed into my account due to the two-factor authentication. So, I tried multiple times to get support to help me. Now, due to me only having the starter package, they would not support me on the phone, so this was done through email. Unfortunately, they could not understand that I was offline and could not log into my account. The support agents, as well as the agreements or subscription agent, kept telling me in order for them to help I needed to log in and create a support ticket. Unreal, they could not get the fact that I could not log in. So, this is why I no longer suggest using this platform unless you are ready to spend the big dollars so that you can get phone support!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is not benefiting me at all now. I cancelled my account, due to lack of support when we needed it the most. After hurricane issues, we simply got the run around when trying to access our account. Supprt was terrible, and just sis not get it!

THe best marketing automation tool out there

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is extremely easy to use. Without training, one can easily set campaigns, import/export data and use it for marketing purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike here. However, one challenge we faced was migration from our existing CRM and marketing automation tool to hubpot wherein there were some sync issues. In addition, we are still facing issues with using the combination HubSpot as the marketing tool and Salesforce as the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot brings simplicity to our work. Earlier, we used Pardot which is not very user friendly and needed a separate team to use. However, introducing Hubspot democratized this and now many of my team members use Hubspot for campaigns.

Great overall CRM and way better than salesforce.

They are getting better all the time and making it more user friendly

Hubspot is enabling our software development company to condense the amount of services we use. We've elimated several programs from our internal tech stack and have made thingsm ore manageable and organzied.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using HubSpot because it effectively manages my sales and tracks all incoming deals. It's a user-friendly software, and I’m very satisfied with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the high cost for advanced features is a drawback, but I’m still happy using HubSpot.

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me organize my campaigns and track leads easily. It saves time by automating tasks like emails and follow-ups. This way, I can focus more on closing deals and growing my business.
