As a new Marketing Specialist for a growing company, I like being able to house my social media content in one spot and share out easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve if you come from a non-marketing background, like I do.

It was a good experience working with the Sales team at HubSpot. My rep was very attentive and responsive.
I thought the Hubspot platform was amazing but then I was duped into leaving a review!!
What do you like best about the product?
Though Hubspot makes it easy to manage my client relationships and files, to offer a gift card for $25 to leave a review and then say it was limited was very unprofessional and made me realize the for the price we are paying to use the Hubspot CRM, to not honor a $25 offer is a joke. My whole perception of Hubspot changed!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Except honor the offers you make on promotions you advertise!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay in touch with my clients and build a rapport while trying to understand there probate case.

Pricing. If you have any startup partner discount, better Hubspot work on pricing for the Indian sub continent

What do you like best about the product?
Our team uses the software to handle inbound sales effectively. It helps with all the stages of the sales life cycle. We have also started using their CSP, which helps us analyse the users' lifecycle within our platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
With all the features available the platform feels a bit overwhelming to use.

It helps keep track of the inbound sales for our company. It is easy to move a potential customer through the sales lifecycle

Hubspot great for Gmail but Not for Outlook Users
What do you like best about the product?
When I worked in Google I loved the seamlessness of keeping track of what you were sending out as everything was automatic and phenominal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not using it anymore. It is not an automatic link with email with Outlook. I have to keep opening hubspot and it takes up a lot of my space in outlook and I have to work around it. It's not easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, it's not. I am actually suggesting we find another program.
The best place for all interaction points and follow-up cadence.
What do you like best about the product?
Keeping track of all the communications including quick emails, seeing clicks and opens and other ways of interaction is huge with this platform. Staying organized is key to generating solid revenues and keeping customers coming in the door. Fortune is in the follow up and this tool allows for the right configuration of touches to keep a prospect warm until they are ready to have a serious interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be some disconnect between Contacts, Companies, Deals where data does not flow thrpough to the others and somehting like a Task is not applied to all 3 pilars. This automation should work better without having to pay a Hubspot expert to craft the integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply organization of touches and way of interaction. I like to see messages going out and what was opened and clicked on.
