Love hubspot!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to outreach to large groups on contacts for drip campagins.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time there isnt anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us quantify roles by who is doing certain amounts of work. Allowing us to send large campaigns without sales having to send it
Does the basics well, could be better
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to keep up with tasks and keep track of deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function is messed up. Instead of pairing down options on a search, there is a nonsensical display of potential matches, many times completely missing the one I have paired down to. Also not able to create a sequence and change anything after saving.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, and the support is easy to access!
What do you dislike about the product?
Features like having a suppression list on sequences, being able to customize the calendar scheduling landing page, having a reporting dashboard fit exactly what we need, removing fields on industry,contact or company level will be helpfu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes outreach easier!

What do you like best about the product?
Some upsides of the Hubspot Hub are the helpful and easy way to log all of my info and keep track of tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only some filtering has to be fixed. When I create a new veiw it doesnt seem to save.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tracking of tasks and calls.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service and responsiveness from staff. The user experience has also been quite smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind, we had one of our pages get deleted but the Hubspot team was able to help us get it back within an hour

Helping us keep contacts in one area, filter by properties and tracking of leads

I dont like the reminder system and list making system, it is bulky

I love the dashboards, the ability to get creative especially from a customer success point of view.

There are still limitations for what I need it for. But I am more CS mindset.
