HubSpot Customer Service Experience
What do you like best about the product?
We can organize tasks, send/answer emails, make calls in one platform/software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've encountered multiple issues multiple times specially with the call feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to do tasks in one platform and connect with all customers via different channels.
Easier than High Level
What do you like best about the product?
So much more customization and it simply works better. The integrations are top notch and the interface works so well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints. Everything is easy to see and understand

I use it as a CRM. I manage all customer data with it
We use Hubspot daily - highly recommended

Hubspot Marketing helps us stay in control of our outbound marketing. And organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure there are any downsides, there are probably lots of features we never use.

It's solves any duplication issues and provides us a very good tracking system for leads or past leads.

Great automations and workflows. Even custom integrations have gone well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive to use especially as you scale contacts and data on platform.

Easy to spin up one off event landing pages without developer time.
HubSpot is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I think it is super helpful that we can create an idea and get out to our customers or potential customers creatively and efficiently. I like that we can track click through and open rates and see if we have info that got bounced.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. I personally believe it shouldn't be more than the cost of the account

It's nice to have a single spot to create and send

It's in the box and doesn't have significant flexibility relative to its competitors

Creating lists, email templates are helpful, I really wish the automation workflows were included in the basic tier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The copilot can rarely answer my questions or solve my problems.

Hubspot helps me understand my open and click rate very well. Which users to follow up with, engagement time and best time of day to send emails
Easy to use for emails
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use for sending emails, and the emails are customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email interface requires you to add certain items, such as photos, from the menu on the left instead of being able to just paste them into the message.

Sending email newsletters to our contacts.

I don't like the fact you have to pay additional fees for it on a per seat basis
