Powerful tool - Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is an amazing tool, even though I'm fairly new on using it, it has been very simple to learn all its features. Every day I learn something new and I can easily ask questions via chat with anything I might need help with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Older forms or posts can be difficult to use due to compatibility issues. When there are updates a better transition system should be put into place so that these elements continue working without issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our non-profit to manage all our marketing needs all in one place. We can post social media posts and send emails all in one place while running different campaigns and getting all the stats we need.

What do you like best about the product?
The diverse capabilities that are consistently being updated to fit the modern needs of the marketing realm
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to dislike, sometimes the interface updates seem unnecessary but it doesn't effect the overall usage so it's not a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation has been a huge improvement thanks to Hubspot's easy usability
America may run on Dunkin, but our business runs on Hubspot

Super easy to use and setup! Extremely powerful solution that takes no time at all to get going.

We use hubspot to run all marketing from social media to email campains. It's a major benefit to us to have it all in one place!

It's a one stop shop for to manage all our digital marketing efforts and makes it super easy to automate our marketing activities and track results!

An amazing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has really helped us to keep track of our who sales funnel and the efficiency of our marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the exports are a bit slow to load.

Hubspot help us to measure the efficiency of our acquisition campaigns and implement very efficient/strong workflows.

I love being able to complete all my tasks as well as having an organized client base

I really don't see any downsides other than a few bugs here and there

Hubspot marketing hub (and Hubspot) all together makes it easy for biz owners and their teams to hit the ground running. They can make the platform as simple or as detailed as they need.

You can make it more complicated than it needs to be - and therefore your team is less likely to use it

Solves a place for the team to keep and organize all marketing efforts and measure success
Mostly Good but One Big Drawback
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to see real-time stats/analytics on my marketing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really hard to re-engage people who have unsubscribed from our emails.

It makes it easy to post to multiple social channels at once, which saves us time.
Great UI and Ease of Use for CRM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
UI, workflow capabilities, record page layouts, property field history on all properties
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting capabilities are limited, Salesforce integration has a couple flaws, capabilities for merging duplicates
