There is room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool, especially for going through all the contacts/ leads. One of the best parts is the number of filters the software has. It makes my job ten times easier. When I've had problems with the app, someone has always been there to support me and find the solution. Overall, it is a tool that I use almost every day, and I'm happy about it, but there is room for improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to say something the software is not doing correctly is the implementation of the filters most of the time when I'm changing between profiles it goes back to the regular version ( all the filters are wiped out) The software should have some sort of memory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every time I'm trying to connect with a past member I can easily see all the past conversations/ interactions that have happened, This makes easier to get to know the customers ( what they like/ why are they interested etc.)

What do you like best about the product?
the ease of use of the. platform. everything is very straight foward

The limitation of warnings for workflows. they make you ugrade to recive error notifications

having a place to run the marketing from that can push into salesforce
Best marketing software ever
What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is all in one place and it's incredibly robust. I love that workflows, forms, and emails are all connected and use the single set of customer data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that Forms workflows are uneditable from the Workflows tab. It makes it a bit convoluted to manage workflows in two places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our single marketing platform to run our startup. It's an all-in-one provider and we would not be able to do any marketing without it.
Good platform for basic GTM marketing strategy
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates email marketing, social media management, lead tracking, analytics, and more under one roof
What do you dislike about the product?
Though user-friendly, mastering HubSpot's more advanced tools may require time and training.

What do you like best about the product?
Every communication comes through Hubspot. If I couldn't make templates and send to carefully curated lists, I'd lose 40-50% of my productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everything that's good is necessary. I've learned to filter out what I need. Some people don't allow themselves this gift because they're overwhelmed.

Marketing Hub helps me communicate to customers and prospects as if I'm communicating 1:1.
Cost Effective CRM of the decade
What do you like best about the product?
I love working on report building, Hubspot has robust interactive reporting and analytics dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot can improve on building a one-stop view for everything for an account or company.

Ease of use, and is a cost effective CRM for early SMBs and Mid market companies.

Wish there were options to make it look professional. Video tools should be free

Hubspot makes things easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that they continually add new features that we ACTUALLY want. Super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes at the moment for Marketing Hub specifically but for the system as a whole, there is no "Today's Date" property which is a problem for a lot of businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of our actionable data in one place. Not having to use multiple softwares helps a ton. Specially the workflow automation is key to our success.
My HubSpot Review Based on Experience
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot marketing is the fact that it works really well in trying to align sales and marketing together. It keeps everyone on the same page and the platform easily allows everyone in my organization to check the status on email campaigns, social media posts, contacts last touches etc. Before joining this company who has been using HubSpot for quite some time prior to me joining on (thankfully) it made the transition so easy with HubSpots easy to use features. The CRM is the most user friendly CRM I have used yet. The best part? If you ever get stuck their is a live chat box that you can message in real time with super fast response times. You can't beat that support. On top of its ease of implementation and customer support factors, its also extremely useful in integrating other software systems like excel spreadsheets when creating lists for instance. Recently my sales team came back from one of the biggest expos in our industry and collected an immense amount of leads (I'm talking thousands) and I was able to take the excel spreadsheet they collected this data on and I got it all trasnferred to a contact list, ready tyo be utilized for an email campaign. It turned out great and we made some extremely vlauble business from that project thanks to HubSpots Marketing Hub. HubSpot is something we believe in heavily here at our company and will continue to utilize for years to come. I check my HubSpot frequently. In fact, every morning when I clock in the first thing I do is log on to HubSpot and monitor any of our social media to see if we drove any conversations, gained some reactions etc. and I will do the same with our email campaigns. On top of that I will usually check in monthly if not bi-monthly to analyze the data HuBSpot so easily compiles for you and I will check to see how well our social media accounts are doing and our email campaigns to check the effectiveness and if we are reaching our consumers in the way that we want. This practice has been great for our company as it allows us to fine tune things that aren't working and none of that would be possible if it weren't for HubSpots Marketing Hub. I can't thank the CRM enough for the amount of time and energy it has saved me and helped me become way more efficient and effective in my role!
What do you dislike about the product?
As a marketer with more of a digital media focus/mind I often find myself getting frustrated with one thing in particular on HubSpots Marketing Hub and that is the lack of ability to design in the email portion of HubSpot. I do truly love everything about HubSpot and its Marketing Hub but some times when I am designing emails I have do too much to resize my images so they look smaller in the header or I can't place a video where I please and increase or decrease the size of the video and how it appears on the email. I will say though HubSpot does still give me plenty of options with its plethora of email templates to select from which are extremely diverse and fit any occasion. If I could change one thing on HubSpots Marketing Hub it would have to be to have a little more freedom and flexibility with the design portion of emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is solving the automation of workflows for our potential customers and long standing business partners. For so long at our company we were unable to have a gauge on how far along certain people were in our pipeline in terms of nurturing them or if they have even been reached out to. In doing some email campaigns and a lot of siffting through our previous CRM, we were able to make lists and group these individuals in the lists to ensure they are in the proper workflows. Since this implmenetation we have had the honor of opening our desktops every morning and every so often will recieve a lead right in our lap, easy as that thanks to the workflow HubSpot is working behind the scenes, after hours.
Just starting in this company about 4-5 months ago it has been benfecial to see social media and email campaigns that we have done in the past and I can easily go into the email chain or social media post and see the criteria of it, how effective it was and I can tweak things from there. Since then we have seen an increase in our effectiveness on email campaigns and social media channels and thanks to the data tracking HubSpot provides, I can see that we are gaining more followers, more traffic, more clicks etc. in both our email campaigns and social media channels/posts! I was even able to run these numbers by the VP and President of my company and they were extremely impressed. Thank you HubSpot Marketing Hub!
