What do you like best about the product?
The most useful aspect of Hubspot is the task generation and followup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is not excellent. I'd like to see better dashboards and stats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How much is my team preprossing. What is the data for my sales team.

It not available with the starter subscription. It takes time to leverage it.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to use and navigate. It gives you a lot of prompts on how to use the system and allows for good storage of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to keep paying the more you use, there are limits on the marketing contacts you can use for each level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of marketing contacts & automating emails.

What do you like best about the product?
i like the fact if im not in work my colleague/ manager can see on hubspot the customers details and what email correspondence i have done so if the customer contacts our company for a update or information my work colleagues can advise, so helping with good customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
the need to see the customers billing & delivery address, its not so easy to find, so i have resolved to putting the info in the "notes " bos so easy to acees for everyone

helps solve to see records of customers we previuosly did not have in one spot and access to everyone required

Well connected from analytics to web to social. Greeat ecossytem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product changes somewhat frequently, so have to get used to these changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM campaigns, mid-funnel optimisation, lead gen, post campaign analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy set-up, intuitive user interface, lots of support and help available as you learn on the job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easy for me to see a list of all acivities completed across Contacts on a given day or time period. I also wish that recent'y visited pages (Contacts, Companies, etc) were available somewhere so I don't to search every time I want to go back to a page I was recently on
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alows me to keep track of the hundred of simultaneous conversations I have going with prospects and clients - so that nothing falls through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to stand up and host landing pages quickly. Create, send and track newsletters. Ability to stand up forms and track the form submissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything. It seems that it has the features we need, just need to learn how to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we build out our marketing function at CentML it offers us all the basic tools to get going.

Marketing Hub still ranks #1 out of all the marketing automation platform out there. It's easy to use, allows non-techical people to leverage the platform, scales with you as your org grows and has all the features needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see more start up friendly pricing.
