AI Meeting Summary and transcipt
What do you like best about the product?
The AI summaries and transcript make note taking for my calls so much easier. I am also able to spend more time being intentional about my follow ups!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the summarize features doesn't work, but it doesn't happen a lot!

Helping me with keeping account information organized.

User-friendly and fast support for questions. There are also a lot of new features coming up daily. I use it everyday in out marketing processes

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly the platform is and the customer support is unmatched. It helps streamline our marketing process and keep clients engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the limitations on the lower tier plan, I would love to use the premium but we don't have the budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved the problem of emails not being delivered, it helps sort out the lists of bad emails.
UI is great and I learn something new each day

I love how easy it is to generate results from either a campaign or just the SEO of our website.

I wish there were more in-person events that train people on how to navigate HubSpot Marketing Hub.

Automation. When I post on one social media platform, I can set it up to post on all the desired platforms.

being able to send out mass emails, track conversions, have a deeper look at analytics and how it's translating into business and also tracking new business

HubSpot is user-friendly and has a great abundance of functionalities. Its ability to provide a one-stop shop for managing services, products, data, and tasks is impressive!

While the platform is user-friendly, it is still cumbersome to learn, and not quite as intuitive as it could be.

HubSpot allows our organization to keep track of how we engage our stakeholders, and at what stages in the engagement process they are at.

Typically we see an price increase at each annual renewal.

Marketing Hub helps us segment account lists and run personalized drip nurture campaigns to each audience segment.

embedding videos in emails is useful when sharing

Very challenging to get things through the finish line due to permissions, email verifications, addresses, etc. Very simple, straighforward things have have become complete roadblocks for my work in Hubspot.

The tools of the marketing hub helps us be more orgnized, and run campaings with great KPIs.

KPIs, organization, centralizing information. Its about transparency, what is work and what is not.

Not being able to add attachments on the campaigns emails

It just helps streamline a lot of my marketing activity. We're a startup, with few marketing resources, and having a tool that centrilizes contact info, CRM info and Markegting campaign management is a MUST.
Great, robust product--takes a while to set up properly
What do you like best about the product?
Automation and functionality once the product is operational and set up correctly
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is difficult to set up initially without the appropriate onboarding. It's an expensive platform and even more expensive when you have to bring in specialists to set it up properly from the beginning. For startups with no experience in the space, it's difficult to administer.
