Streamlined Marketing Automation with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that HubSpot Marketing Hub has a robust CRM and lets me store unlimited contacts. The tool also continually adds new features, which is great. I appreciate the support and resources they provide. It's user friendly while remaining powerful. I find that it makes automating marketing tasks much more manageable and organized, and it integrates smoothly with their CRM, content, and sales tools, keeping everything neat and organized for our company. It helps me complete tasks efficiently without constantly switching between tools, and it removes a lot of manual tasks from my workload. The onboarding process was pretty smooth, and they do a good job of providing help and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish they integrated with Microsoft Ads.

A great, easy to use marketing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing offers lots of tools to encompass all marketing avenues. From landing pages to social media, it does it all in an easy to use format with even easier integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the contact limits and paywalls can be a little bit daunting, starting with only 2000 contacts as a base is limiting. I also have had some issues with formatting for creating landing pages. It would be great to know the pixel size when designing emails and landing pages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our marketing can be done in one centralized place that lines up perfectly for a tech stack. It's ease of use makes it easy to build and train a team around as we grow our marketing initiatives.
Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Having a one stop shop for all marketing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
duplication of contacts, there is not easy way to manage this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy creation and management of complex campaigns
HubSpot really drives our Sales process visibility
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to simply run Marketing eDMs from the same platform, whereas before with our old CRM we had to export contacts and upload to a eDM system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to not be able to create logical data link lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives us the ability to capture contact via form straight into CRM
Nothing special
What do you like best about the product?
It works, we're running outbound email campaigns with some decent reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's almost impossible to figure out what packages you need for the features you want in Hubspot. You'll spend hours reading about packages that don't really make a lot of sense. In the end I think I got what I need but who knows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're automating outbound email campaigns. We could have used one of the many email platforms but our contacts were already in Hubspot so we just went with it.
A great platform for our needs
What do you like best about the product?
For a layperson like me I find the interface easy and intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't really have any dislikes per se
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was hard to keep track of emails and clearly no visibility of who was opening emails before Hubspot - it's helped is think about different marketing approaches using A/B testing.
Easy to create forms-to complex marketing emails quickly
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using HubSpot Marketing hub are that there is nothing to set up, it is intuitive to use, and I can create specialized and highly customized emails with a few clicks. I can include buttons, PDF downloads, and clicks to schedule a meeting, and the email is still easy to ready and looks engaging. Getting the stats for the emails is easy and then running a report to share with the team is also just a couple of clicks.
I was able to create a strong integration using n8n as well, and that allows for a lot of easy automations that make mondain tasks obsolete.
Because of the integrations, and the connection to my GSuite, I can use HubSpot daily.

What do you dislike about the product?
Because I run a small coaching practice and don't have a lot of users, my HubSpot is more ala carte, but it isn't cost-probative at all. The features come in bundles, so if you need every bell and whistle you could end up paying a bit for a small business owner. But the benefits and being able to connect to your Gmail gives it a high value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wow, we don't have enough time to cover them all. HubSpot Marketing Hub covered my funnel needs, my email outreach, reporting, CRM, aquiring new customers, sending out on-brand materials and creating and sending a newsletter. Getting notified when I recieved email repsonses without having to go into HubSpot.
Great for Marketing Automation, but Room for Growth in Attribution

What I Dislike:
I’d love to see more robust ad attribution features within HubSpot, with the ability to use this data as triggers in workflows. Additionally, some aspects of the reporting feel a bit limited, making it tricky to get a complete picture without relying on external tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows: Workflow capabilities are very basic—only simple, single-step automations are supported, and you can’t build branching or multi-stage sequences without upgrading.
Advanced Analytics: More granular attribution reporting is locked behind higher‑tier plans.
Template Customization: While easy to use, deeper design tweaks sometimes require custom CSS.

HubSpot gives my solo business complete website, blog and lead management with automated newsletters
What do you like best about the product?
In the Starter plan, I don't use this module extensively. The ability to manage marketing campaigns and send mailings is certainly a nice option.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a significant price difference between the Starter and Professional packages. Nothing in between. Unfortunately for me as a one-person company, the Professional package is financially out of reach. And that's a shame, as features like page translation or the ability to run 2 blogs on 2 domains are exactly what I need most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allowed me to combine CMS and CRM mechanisms along with mailing capabilities. I was able to eliminate additional tools. Moreover, HubSpot's interface is simple, friendly, and easy to use. I can manage my website, blog, and the acquired audience data in one place, in a single application. To put it more concisely, HubSpot centralized scattered data and became my primary system for managing my audience information.
