What do you like best about the product?
Using Hubspot Marketing Hub with a small marketing team keeps things central, simple and easy to track
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features for reporting aren’t as granular as they could be

We can easily report on campaigns and tag all relevant outreach

What do you like best about the product?
Functionality and range of tools is fantastic, I also like the fact that the platform is still developing at a crazy fast rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costs can mount up when you start you use all the functionality and increase Marketing contacts ect, but I guess thats what pays for further development
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We also use Hubspot Sale and Hubspot customer service and therefore we have a single view of the customer which is really helpful

Quite overwhelming at a first look, training academy was very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Hubspot marketing Hub the ease of email marketing tools, landing page creations and advance analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things dislike is the pricing which is quite expensive for the automation and custom reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems it solved is capture my leads through optimized landing pages, forms and automated workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature from hubspot is the ability to have a consistent marketing attribution month after month
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the new changes are not communicate enough so I don't find about a new feature until I see it live in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Originally we started using hubspot to have a whole system where sales could manage their leads as well as marketing manage all of the tasks from different marketing areas, but currently is the sole hub for marketing from CRM management to emails, forms connected to wordpress, pop ups and even our helpcenter.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is simple and straightforward and there are powerful features even on the most basic version. I like that it's a toolset that grows with you and there is a vast ecosystem of plug in apps and extensions that tie in other tools, and a huge knowledgeable ecosystme of partners and experts who can help when you get out of your depth.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to purchase some of the Enterprise features without moving the entire thing to it and paying the full whack/

It allows us to manage our socials and build powerful landing pages

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a very user friendly platform that allows you to carryout most of your marketing activities conveniently. The Dashboard is easy to understand and analytics is very helpful in reporting purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many options in Hubspot. Need to understand which option is for what

Social Media posting, work flow management are the main features I am using from Hubspot and it is saving a lot of time of mine.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of detail and reporting breakdown is phenomenal, the fact that the system can house everything you need for marketing is also incredibly important in todays social growth, being able to drill down on what is and isn't working and react quickly makes all the difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is still very expensive for many business owners. We also find a few issues with the scheduling side of things, commenting and the social media response time, listening out for trends slow compared to other tools. Reels and story format also needs work for being able to edit and publish inside of Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As said previously, I believe it saves alot of time jumping from different platforms, and being able to house everything in the one system. This improves client reporting, and allows clients to jump in and check the stats themselves. The linking to conversions is also incredibly important as we shift and reallocated budgets.
