User Friendly and Save Me Time!
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps my email and chat conversations in order, and save me time when searching. The AI call notes are a huge time saver as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it runs slow and lags, but is usually fixed pretty quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping all forms of communication recorded and tracked in one centralized location
An Essential Tool For Every Marketer
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using HubSpot, especially the Marketing Hub, since 2019 with different clients throughout my career, so I have seen it improve and develop into a reliable tool with a great UX design. One of my favourite features is their Ads feature. As a marketer, my ad campaigns are key to my strategies and to measuring my MROI. I like that you can integrate and get an overview of all your ad performance and spending across different channels, and then map it out with your ad sequences. My HubSpot Marketing Hub is my "North Star." It is part of my daily routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside for me is that it’s very easy to contact your account manager before signing up, but customer support after that is quite challenging. Communication with support becomes infrequent, and if you have questions about a specific tool, it can be tedious to get assistance. The HubSpot Academy is helpful, but it isn’t tailored for individual issues. As a result, I often relied on Reddit to resolve some integration problems. But if you have a technical person in your team, then this will not be an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub is flexible and designed to assist both startups and enterprises. There is a package for everyone. Personally, for my company, it provides a clearer understanding of our data, and now HubSpot is our "true north," meaning all data within it is the most updated and accurate. It also enhances our understanding of Marketing ROI (MROI).
Great Marketing Automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
The clear focus on what a marketing organization needs for automation and the continued stream of enahncements in line with most modern marketing tactics.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the core it is a bit stubborn about the main entities and lifecycle stages. It is sometimes hard to work with marketing and non-marketing contacts, especially when you are handling large companies, where some sites are already working with your product, while others are still prospect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our marketing automation challenges and provides insight in performance.
Intuitive platform with great features.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and deliver marketing activity. There are a lot of features and integrations that make your wider marketing activity more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is difficult, we're not able to easily pull reports and have to use a lot of work arounds.

Marketing CRM that allows us to reach our audience across multiple channels.
Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly and intuitive, particularly when compared to complex CRMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was a big fan of the automated email A/B testing and sorry to see it discontinued.

Automating workflows and building campaigns.
Very easy to use CRM with a ton of features
What do you like best about the product?
User friendliness and interface. Nice and easy tutorials available online on hubspot academy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited marketing contacts per tier. If tier is exceeded then amount is automatically deducted rather than asking for permission.

It helps us identify the sources of leads and keep on top of our marketing campaigns.
Easy way to reach your audience
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to create lists and complete email marketing campaigns. The templates are simple and the platform is very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how complex it can be to edit forms and other features. There are so many options that it can feel overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a CRM that provided a one stop shop for donor information, tracking as well as email marketing. It's been a great resource for multiple avenues of non-profit management.
Highly Versatile Marketing Solution with Automation Prowess
What do you like best about the product?
I am most pleased with the wide array of functionality that HubSpot Marketing Hub gives us. We can manage all of our marketing efforts within one platform, and the social media capabilities are great. I am particularly drawn to the ability to build out automated workflows and elaborate form functionality. Automated workflows are extremely valuable because they can be fully customized, edited, and iterated in live time, giving us an automated way to nurture our leads, contacts, and customers. We can build out standard, simple forms with ease, and also create fully custom forms with different fields, designs, and conditional fields for more personalized responses. I strongly recommend utilizing the training videos and tips, and the support team is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve to fully maximize the platform's potential is a headwind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for lead generation, content creation, and automation, improving lead conversion rates and providing actionable insights. The platform centralizes marketing efforts, offers social media capabilities, customizable automated workflows, and complex form functionalities.
