Feature forward, lots of functions and many options to create a custom setup.

Hubspot is the backbone of our marketing operations
What do you like best about the product?
In my experience, Hubspot brings together our CRM, forms, emails, social media scheduling, and workflow automation all in one place, with a simple UI. It was easy to migrate our CRM data into Hubspot, and the customer support and onboarding team really helped with that.
My team and I use Hubspot every day, and we are very happy with it. In fact, we recommended it as the marketing platform at group level, and our entire group of 6 companies will be onboarded onto Hubspot very soon. And having done it once already, I'm confident that it will be a smooth and easy integration.
The key success factor for Hubspot supporting your marketing activity is to have a clear idea of what you want to accomplish, and how your processes should flow, while setting it up. The rest is a breeze!

What do you dislike about the product?
The main feature we are missing is a good approval flow for social media posts. Not a dealbreaker, but not ideal especially as we scale our team and operations.
A minor annoyance - sometimes, when I log in to do something quickly on Hubspot, I run into a big update splash screen and a completely different UX. I understand that updates are important, but I would prefer a different workflow whenever there is an update, such as being able to use the existing version for a quick task and then exploring the update once I have finished it.

Instead of having multiple tools and juggling them, we now have a unified picture of how our marketing works, and can easily understand our leads' and customers' interests and needs, and whether we are matching them.

Management of all marketing materials (blogs/websites/emails/workflows) and being able to monitor the performance of all of it one place.

Some more advanced features tend to be behind a paywall

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is brilliant in every way and has completely changed the game for us in terms of the ability to quickly create automated marketing campaigns and workflows with ease and see real time insights and data across the whole customer journey - enabling us to activate data-driven marketing at speed and with clarity. We love the AI agents too - brilliant for creating copy and ideas for multi-channel marketing campaigns. It's so easy to use and lots of fun too!

No real downsides to be honest - we love it! We just need more time to explore and use everything Hubspot has to offer

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is an excellent marketing and automation platform. It has allowed me to streamline dozens of tasks that would not have been possible with other platforms. In comparison to other marketing platforms in it's class, it is way more user friendly, and the HubSpot support team is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is great, but it is lacking in some basic ecommerce functionality that other, much cheaper platforms have natively.

Advanced marketing automation is where HubSpot Marketing Hub has really shined for me and my organization. The ability to take customers or potential customers through robust warming, onboarding, and post purchase workflows has really been a game changer.
A perfect CRM that gives you control
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage every marketing aspect in the most simple way possible. I like how sequences and marketing emails ar so helpful in it's own way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few email templates and the limitations to design can be limiting sometimes

It's helping us in a holistic way. From lead geenration activities like form building, to managing the database, and keeping the audience engaged through emails, marketing hub has been really useful
Big HubSpot Fan
What do you like best about the product?
Unlike other platforms, HubSpot acts as a true CRM. So we have granular information for each customer and prospect. This allows us to segment our email marketing lists to be more effective and convert faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Add-ons are needed for further marketing integration -- for example, SMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A connection between our customer service and marketing. We missed that bridge for too many years.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how easy it is to manage all marketing activities in one place. I regularly use it for email marketing campaigns, creating and managing forms, and setting up automated workflows. The drag-and-drop builder is user-friendly, and the automation features save a lot of time while still allowing for personalization and segmentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside for me is the lack of Turkish language support in the interface. Since my team primarily speaks Turkish, this sometimes creates a barrier and slows down adoption for new users. Having a full Turkish UI option would significantly improve accessibility and user experience for non-English speakers.

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps streamline and centralize our marketing efforts. Before using it, we had to switch between different tools for email marketing, form creation, and automation, which was inefficient and time-consuming. Now, we can manage everything from one platform. It improves team collaboration, ensures consistency in our campaigns, and gives us valuable insights through detailed analytics. As a result, we're able to launch campaigns faster, track performance more effectively, and engage with our audience in a more targeted way.

What do you like best about the product?
Layout is easy to use and configuration quite straightforward. I have my settings dialled in nicely and enjoy logging in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting, though it's constantly being improved, is sometimes limited. There are capabilties to add features needed, but you may encounter some blindspots initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great way to keep everything in one place. I like having the breakdown between accounts and contacts, and the way activities are tracked against people. Further, there are strong capabilities when it comes to building lists and filtering those lists to find the people I want to reach out to.
Very Effective CRM Tool

Very easy to use and user friendly. The Support team is always available to help too!

The reporting needs to be enhanced a bit compared to other competitors
