What do you like best about the product?

I am new to using it, but I wish it had more integration with my other work apps

What do you like best about the product?
Reports and Analytics is way easier for granular view into email and ad performance. My favorite part would still be workflows, and the ability to go as granular as one can there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unavailability of comprehensive data / data joins with social, ad, and website data for analytics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows make it very easy to avoid manual work.
And even with a lot of complexity, automation is possible because of all the levels that HubSpot lets users go into for the rules

What do you like best about the product?
I have come to really understand its capabilities after using it for a couple of years and I couldn't recommend other.

Very easy to implement. Just a few clicks and your up and running, hard to say any competitor can be as convenient as HS.

Also the Integrations are very easy to set up
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its interface isn't as friendly for beginners, besides that is a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Re marketing campaigns from all of our outbound data. We can easily integrate the prospects we manually hunt into our integrations to improve our campaigns.

The platform is intuitive to use and it's very eay to generate reports to track campaign performance.

Email templates can be a bit limiting from a design perspective if you dont use custom code.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is its intuitive integration across the full marketing and sales funnel. It allows for seamless management of email campaigns, tracks lead engagement, and automates nurturing workflows. This plus the real time visibility into contact activity and reporting makes it incredibly effective for alignment between the parts of our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limiting feeling when it comes to custom reporting and complex workflow logic additionally there is a slight learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is helping us solve the challenge of fragmented lead management and inconsistent follow-up. By centralizing our outreach, automating nurture sequences, and giving real-time insight into lead engagement, we’re able to move prospects through the funnel more efficiently. It also bridges the gap between marketing and sales by syncing directly with our CRM, which ensures better handoffs, cleaner data, and more personalized outreach. Overall, it’s improving our ability to scale outreach, track ROI, and reduce manual workload.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is really useful for the marketing hub. We are able to marketing automations through the tool and the support is amazing

What do you like best about the product?
Very practical for managing my newsletters and publishing content on social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to move beyond the available KPI templates and have a 100% personalized analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create pop-ups and track their usage without slowing down my website.

What do you like best about the product?
Organisation and keeping me in track. Its almost like having a personal assistant! Very easy to use and setup. When I have needed Customer Support they have been there.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get overwhelming if you try to do more complicated things without learning the basics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and efficiency benefit me the most. It bridges gaps that were previously causing extra work.

What do you like best about the product?
Calling directly from hubspot, along with being able to send emails from hubspot
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't move fast enough between records and the notes from the previous record is visible on the current one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It beats using a paper system for all my leads.

Great Marketing Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards are so easy to build and I’ve been able to replicate all the ones that I had been using for reporting but I’ve also been able to make ones that are actually more informative and better looking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of yet, I was not able to connect our Instagram account and sometimes lead attribution has been done incorrectly. Likewise, I’m not a fan of having the HubSpot breeze being an additional functionality rather than being part of my original pricing plan. Loved it when company info used to automatically fill in the records, and now I have spent maybe 20+ hours in manually updating records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Analytics has never been better and I’m just looking forward to what else Hubspot can provide to our company in making our CRM as automated as possible.
