UX, functionality, reporting features. Easy to build lists and forms, nice templates for different usecases.

Frequent changes in interface makes it confusing. Not that easy to use when integrated with other CRM than native.

Data collection and analysis. Data-driven marketing.

I like the simple interface, the easy to implement software. I have been using HubSpot for some years now on a daily bases for marketing Hub and I find it easy to navigate and use.
there many features that one can use to understand your business sales and marketing activities. Its important of course that you have guidelines and structure. HubSpot has great resources and customer support if anything is not clear they try to guide you and provide you with solutions.

What do you dislike about the product?
I personally don't have any specific thing, and I think it depends on your business and how you want to read information in the system. What you want to input vs what you want to get out. Be sure to read all the values you get with the tier you sign up for -it might get a bit expensive. but overall worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building Landing pages, pop ups, forms and automations that save us so much time. Email marketing also in HubSpot is easy to use and helps us be efficient with our audience

I really enjoy using the automation features as it saves my team so much time. Your able toto essentially set it and forget it!
My company uses a lot of hubspot forms and setting up workflows after one is completed works out perfect and helps qualify the leads.

What do you dislike about the product?
It does take a little bit of time to create the reports so you can interpret your data. I had to watch a lot of Videos to create the reports for the info I wanted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of spending too much Time qualifying leads. By using HS marketing it’s automated the process and frees up multiple hours each week!

Understands the art of selling, thus is not just a tool for exposure but for informative, personalized communication that can attract prospects.

Sometimes cumbersome to use, certain things that one would think should be easier and quicker to do can be frustrating.

Hubspot can be the perfect and one in all tool for a Marketing firm. No matter what are you looking for from Landing pages to Forms, CRM lead Generation, Email marketing, or working with workflow, creating Campaign. You get everything in Hubspot.

I had used it in past, it was too difficult to get connect with the support team if you need help.

The main problem that was solved by Hubspot was the Automation part. Creating Campaign and getting analytics data

What do you like best about the product?
One the best things about Hubspot Marketing Hub is it's workflow to streamline potential leads that come through. I am an employee for an inbound sales company and Hubspot's integration with this improves efficiency and ensures that all parts of the company rather marketing, sales, customer service, or operations has a detailed unified view.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that the one thing that I dislike about Hubspot Marketing Hub/Hubspot in general is that it gets really expensive, very quickly. The more contacts you have within the company, the more things you may need as far as reporting, the more tacks onto your bill and it really is the only downside of this CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the need to have several different applications for all parts of the company, including email, booking, reports, marketing, etc. It really is an all in one.
