Hubspot Marketing working well!
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to get access to our marketing stats easily and quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
As a project manager, I appreciate HubSpot Marketing Hub for its comprehensive, all-in-one platform that seamlessly integrates marketing automation, CRM, and content management, streamlining workflows and fostering collaboration across teams. The drag-and-drop editors for landing pages, emails, and forms make it easy for teams to create professional assets without heavy reliance on developers, while the robust analytics and reporting tools, such as custom dashboards and multi-touch revenue attribution, provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot Marketing Hub is powerful, its pricing structure can be a significant drawback, particularly for small businesses or startups with limited budgets, as costs escalate quickly with additional contacts, features, or higher-tier plans like Professional or Enterprise, which also include mandatory onboarding fees. The free and Starter tiers, while useful, have limited functionality, often requiring expensive add-ons or third-party tools to address gaps like advanced email design options or API usage limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub addresses critical challenges in marketing by offering an integrated platform that consolidates tools for lead generation, campaign management, and performance tracking, significantly enhancing efficiency and results for my projects as a project manager. Its automation features, like drip campaigns and lead scoring, solve the problem of time-consuming manual outreach by nurturing leads with personalized content at scale, freeing my team to focus on strategy and creative tasks.

Ease of Use
Covers the entire customer lifecycle - Lead Gen to Sales to Contracts and all things post-sales, including Onboarding, Renewals and expansion
It's a great platform to manage all your tasks and have a collective view of the day as well keeping in check the broader goals and objectives
Very easy to implment and robust in terms of accomodating the account data via various integrations.

how intuitive it is, I think anyone with basic knowledge can use it

I think that for now I haven't found any problems or things I don't like.

Useful CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easily everything integrates especially with various dialers and there is a ton of data and options to play with. If you like software and being able to tinker with the knobs and levers within you will love hubspot
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a bit too much for me personally on the sales side of the org. I prefer something more stripped down and streamlined. I honestly don't use 98% of Hubspot's features and therefore they offer no value to me. I would be stoked with a version with the following and nothing else.

it connects us with our account management team allowing us for faster communications between teams
HubSpot is a must for marketing data and analytics

Pulling data from various sources into one place to clearly see what's working and what's not to iterate quickly and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Marketing attribution can be off sometimes and requires manual review and edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing social media content for planning and execution, marketing attribution data, and basic marketing analytics.
Robust pipeline management
What do you like best about the product?
We moved over from another provider to HubSpot last year. The pipeline tool and various reports have been extremely useful with helping us spot gaps in our opportunities. It was fairly easy to integrate and set up and the help chat automation is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small things like the opportunity to duplicate deals which we feel are missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to clealy see our sales pipeline but also where our gaps were and opportunities we may not have been capitalising on an Hubspot has allowed us to do that.

Quality CRM
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very easy to use for a sales team of any size. The UI is seamless and easy to use remotely via their mobile app as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to know what features come with what subscription type.

It helps our organization with automated touchpoints and journeys for our prospective clients
Easy to Use In General
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has everything in one place and is, in general, very user friendly. I like that I'm able to do everything from create emails to track SEO success to schedule social to build landing pages within a single platform. Each of these tools on their own is also fairly effective in its own right. One of the better social media schedulers I've used, and a very simple builder for landing pages and emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the user friendliness of the platform leads to limitations in how I can build and customize various aspects of what I'm creating, especially in landing pages. This may be because I'm not as familiar with the tools as I could be, but I sometimes find myself frustrated with the limitations of different blocks, sections, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Within HubSpot, we track prospects to MQL status, which results in a sync with Salesforce. HubSpot helps us serve the right content to the right slice of our audience, leading to more MQLs and more deals.
