A Powerful, Intuitive Marketing CRM That Saves Me Hours Every Week
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using HubSpot Marketing Hub for several years now, and it’s a platform I would always recommend to any marketer looking for a powerful, intuitive marketing CRM.
From an email perspective, creating beautiful, responsive emails couldn’t be easier. The drag-and-drop editor makes building campaigns simple, and the robust list segmentation ensures our messages always reach the right audience at the right time.
Workflows and automation are another standout. They power much of our nurturing sequences, and the setup feels incredibly easy. Everything is easy to replicate, meaning I never have to second-guess my approach – it just works.
Beyond the major features, it’s the small, thoughtful tools that really make a difference. I can’t overstate how much time HubSpot saves me day-to-day by streamlining repetitive tasks and keeping everything in one place.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to point out a drawback, the only minor frustration is with email formatting when pasting in text – sometimes it can be a bit inconsistent and require extra cleanup. But honestly, this is such a small issue compared to the overall value the platform delivers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the challenge of managing multiple marketing tools and data sources by bringing everything into one intuitive platform. I can create, segment, and send targeted EDM campaigns, automate nurturing sequences, and track performance without jumping between systems.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how it brings everything at one spot and so easy to view email tracking, lead tracking, and automation, so I don’t have to jump between different pages to track everything. The automation saved me hours each week, and I loved being able to see exactly how contacts were interacting and engaging with each other in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me the most negative thing is it requires too much of learning at first because you have to have thorough knowledge on how automation works, creating the dashboard and linking them to how you want it to be can be tricky in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us integrate all our marketing efforts at one place, I can track the whole customer journey from the first interaction to the last at one place, identify which way or process is working best for us. It reduces the human effort and time to go to different platform and is a one stop solution, it provides great insights to make the process better and have a calculative decision.
Robust, but simple
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's Marketing Hub just makes sense. The AI layers they've recently introduced make for a better user experience and allow me to work faster and smarter.

Lots of product releases and UI updates can be a little confusing to keep up with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation across our customer lifecycle. It allows us to automate and scale our processes.

What do you like best about the product?
The email setup, editing and selection of audiences is so easy that I now spend half the time setting this up, then I used to spend with my previous system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to filter our contacts within the Email setup, not just select pre-existing lists and contacts individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cutting my prep time for sending out marketing emails to our clients and leads by half. Very easy to build different emails structures.

It makes the creation and management of content marketing easy to do on a daily basis
Good tool for small scale marketers
What do you like best about the product?
It is a good tool as it provides most of the features like emails, automation, forms lead capture.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I dislike is the extra pricing that is incurred as soon as our lead list goes up.
Another thing is that integrating the tools and creating reports is difficult to understand.

I used is for email marketing, getting the reports and the user journey like how led came in and what action have the lead has taken weather it is comverted or not.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping marketing campaign organized with HubSpot Marketing Hub is easy, all the data performance, analytics and A/B testing is kept under one platform. Moreover, to integrate with with our current CRM software is simple, just need to push the connect button, no complicated API code involve.
What do you dislike about the product?
We run into some difficulties to create a landing page, it doesn't redirect to landing page after user click the sign-up button on social media content post until after their dev team help to customizing some of the code.

HubSpot help to automating lead captures on social media post, build a landing pages and filtering lead quality by scoring.
Intuitive, robust and valuable platform for marketing management
What do you like best about the product?
Things that I like about HubSpot Marketing Hub is their features to central control all our marketing tools into one, both our email and social media marketing analytics is combine on one display, it is now easy to view and compare both performance side-by-side to see which campaign is more successful. To make the management effective, HubSpot can integrate with multiple social media account and using its CMS to manage and reply to comment and DM's from customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some drawback after experiencing HubSpot is with their learning curves, I need to learn all the difference that their tools make to be able to choose the best tools for for our different marketing campaign needs. It is not easy and taking my sweet time to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing contact list, one-click poster, and marketing campaign performance analyzer is easy with this platform. Since all this tools is available on one platform, we don't need to subscribe to different software and save the cost.
All rounder marketing tools, compatible with tradition & modern marketing campaign
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most complete marketing tools, various integration with Saas service to make it useful as primary marketing controller. I use both email marketing and social media marketing to manage campaign content, marketing validation and time extension period. I loved how easy it is to create one content and using HubSpot to post it to all our social media account, I don't have to login to each account, this platform make help to post it automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fan for their pricing package, too many type of package but nothing that fully cater our needs. End up, we had to choose for the high-tier price because only that package has what we need. I urge them to provide for a customize plan that customer can mix or choose features that we truly need.

Integration between CRM with marketing campaign to manage leads, prospect, analytics and report under one platform.

It does a loit without being too much to manage - the customization of the deal board is killer.

There can be a lot of custom fields / properties - have to keep a close eye on it to esnure it doesn't get out of hand.
