Easiest marketing tool ever built
What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy and simple to use. It saves time and makes marketing feel very much in an organised way.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times some customized options are limited and little expensive and some some advance features which takes time to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps n organising my marketing work in place and it helps in managing social media to track in the real time. It saves a lot of time, makes follow-ups more consistent, and gives clear insights into what’s working so we can improve our marketing efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub combines a clean, intuitive interface with a surprisingly deep set of tools for managing every stage of the marketing funnel. I love the seamless integration with HubSpot CRM and third-party tools—it really feels like everything talks to each other without constant troubleshooting. Their customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, which makes implementation and ongoing use stress-free. Reporting dashboards are clear, customizable, and give real-time insight into what’s working.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is incredibly feature-rich, some advanced tools are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be expensive for smaller teams. Certain reports require a bit of manual customization to match specific business needs, and load times can be slower when handling very large datasets. The learning curve for some of the more advanced automation features can be steep, but the documentation and training resources do help bridge that gap.

HubSpot Marketing Hub centralizes all our marketing activities in one platform, which eliminates the need to juggle multiple disconnected tools. We can manage email campaigns, social posts, landing pages, lead capture forms, and automation workflows in one place. This has streamlined our processes, reduced manual work, and improved collaboration between marketing and sales teams. The integrated CRM connection means leads are tracked from the moment they engage with content all the way to becoming customers, giving us clear visibility into ROI. Automated nurturing sequences have improved lead quality, while the detailed analytics help us quickly adjust campaigns for better results. Overall, it saves time, reduces errors, and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
Best tool to stream line the marketing with a slight learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
Its greatness to bring everything at one place is unique specially email tracking, landing page, also lead tracking. Loved to see the real time update on each file at one time. The real time update on where we are lagging and where the response is good makes it a great tool for marketing. Great analytical results.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to be a great learner first to be able to use the tool perfectly, You must have the patience at first and the flexibility to learn and adapt to it. The deep hidden option makes it slow and requires much learning in the beginning but once learnt its very nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a one stop for tracking everything at one place, Be it customer journey from the beginning to end, or checking what analytics are working best for marketing. Helps a lot in saving time and keeping things impactful. We were able to track all the pain points and the good points, learnt the churn rate, which part of the journey could be improved and helped us a lot in decision making where to invest more time and energy.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate and I have everything in one place. It makes it clear what I can access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can see a lot of things I don't need and it has some language that isn't easy to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to manage user's and their sign on's and to see what issues they have logging into our system with SSO. and easy to manage the sending of verification and password management.

What do you like best about the product?
The shining tools with HubSpot Marketing Hub is the task automations that completing daily tasks in marketing like leads verification, email spam checker and social media monitors. It lessen the burden and let me and my team to focus more on marketing content quality or customizing landing pages, this task require more time to fine-tune the content that attract audience interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small issues with integrating social media account with the system, not every social media platform is supported, only some like Facebook or Instagram is available, I wish they can provide more option to integrate like TikTok or Thread.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide us with tools to listen and track what are our leads is talking on social media platform, combine the data and use it for email marketing. Automatically use the data and trigger email campaign that is suitable.
How we use HubSpot marketing for our retail business
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use for building and customizing marketing emails, create or reuse previous templates, and personalize its content based on recipient preference data that we collect each time they visit our websites. The process to sending outbound marketing emails is also easy to implement, creating a leads list that has been scored and verify, scheduling time&date when to sent-out, and sent in bulk and ensure all the setting is correct and not end-up in spam folder.
What do you dislike about the product?
We used to have issues on how to handle unsubscribe process by the email recipient, customer support has been helping us to correctly configure the settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot provide us with tools to professionally managing email marketing that follow all the rules and regulation, we now able to handle email bouncing, link validation and to monitor click and open rates of every email that we sent.
Best way to manage daily marketing, always improves their tools
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to keep track on users that show interest in our product and keep their interaction and activity. I also use the calendaring tools and sync the data across my team and with other team, it help everyone to know our entire marketing planning date and preparing for promotion. HubSpot also allow for department collaboration in planning marketing budget spending, track expenses and coordinating for a expense permission.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many tools can lead to confusing, it is easy to lost when navigating to search for a tools, I think they need to provide a feature to let user to pin frequent tools that we use, so we can find it easily on the top of the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest topic that HubSpot Marketing Hub help solve are for social media listening and monitoring. We track what our leads interact on social media like Facebook and using this insights to trigger type of campaign we are targeting to them.
Hot platform for marketing management, great in social media account too
What do you like best about the product?
Loved how the marketing lead database able to combines and centralize our marketing asset like leads, contact information, and website visit history that is captured by social media campaign and email marketing campaign into one storage. Option to cleansing the data quality is also available, no more deduplication on the database. We use it daily to manage our social media profile interaction with customer like comment, likes and private message on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just some issues that I dislike with the lead scoring to automatically scoring leads that is captured, we have to change our own setting that customized the lead score, I wish they just set it to default value and we don't have to keep guessing which value is the right for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great in in tracking customer online behavior, we can know how many email recipient is opens and click email marketing that we sent and focus more on constant email opener, see which social media content that get more engagement and their feedback on the platform.
Streamlined marketing, one platform to ruled all
What do you like best about the product?
The benefits after implementing Hubspot Marketing Hub is easy of marketing planning, automation that saves operating time, prospect/lead data sync, and one centralize platform to manage all customer contact details. Mainly, I use it to manage social media marketing like viewing post reach analytics, total engagement and replying for customer comment. For social media ads, it help me to test A/B content ads and finding for winning post to replicate it with other marketing content.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot need some degree for marketing knowledge and how to read the data or analytic report. Not everyone can just jump to action and expect to have a positive result after the first try. Learning how to properly using this platform is long, thankfully their customer support provide us with guidance documentation that we can refer when hitting the brick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Almost being all-in-one platform for all marketing effort, HubSpot only lacks in some features. We use it manage social media marketing and advertising, using it to manage everyday content management help to save time, especially to check content performance, CTR advertising and auto-reply for DM's that customer sent.
