What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Hubspot Marketing Hub is how it pulls everything together in one place. It makes managing account based marketing super smooth from building audiences to tracking performance, it is all centralized and easy to navigate. the tools for identifying and segmenting accounts are super helpful. I can really zero in on the right targets and the lead to account matching makes it easy to connect the dots between individual contacts and the bigger picture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting feature is good, but not great. some of the analytics dashboards could be more intuitive and i have found myself needing to export data just to get the kind of insights i want. It'd be nice if more advanced reporting options were built right in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is solving a big challenge i used to face: juggling multiple tools and platforms to run account based marketing campaigns. Now, everything from audience creation to engagement and measurement is in one place which saves a ton of time and keeps things way more organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping a track on prospect/leads history, score leads quality based on activity on website and what product that interest them and personalized it to offer the best promotion that we have. Easy for team collaboration, add the data to sync with everyone calendar to collaborate on marketing date and prepare it beforehand, we also use it to plan for entire year budget allocation, so we able to distribute the budget effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
My integration with Microsoft Team is not connected, we tried to seek help from customer support, but the issues is still not solved. We have to switch to Google Workspace, and only then, we able to sync the calendar to every team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot help to consiladate our marketing management for email marketing and social media marketing in one place. The biggest help are from the AI assistant system, many of the manual task is now completed by the AI and save our marketer team time.

When trying to make custom fields, there's some roadblocks into getting these into our data warehouse effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's user experience is excellent. The platform is easy to learn and the support resources like documentation, tutorials and community forums are top-notch. Even for complex campaigns, the learning curve is minimal which makes adoption smooth for the entire team. The automation capabilities are a game changer. It helps ensure that no lead falls through the cracks which is critical for scaling marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
when managing very large contact databases the platform can feel slower at times. Bulk updates or complex workflows may take longer than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
one major problem it solves is the lack of visibility into campaign performance. With hubspot's detailed analytics and dashboards we can track ROI, identify what's working and make data driven decisions quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
- The Ui/UX is good, its modern , its easy on eyes
- Its a good and easy way to manage most marketing activities and get a deep understanding in a few minutes
What do you dislike about the product?
- Making reports on it is a bit hard
- Customisation options are limited.
- The team needs to be trained , its not very self intuitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a marketing director it helps me see all sub team activities in one place and evaluate all campaign performance. You can automate reports to be sent to management and leaders so everyone is aware of weekly/monthly progress.

What do you like best about the product?
hubspot's ease of use and seamless integration with CRM tools stand out. It allows our marketing and sales teams to collaborate efficiently, automate lead nurturing and track campaign performance in real time. The intuitive UI and strong features make it easy to align marketing efforts with business goals even for someone from a technical background like mine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot marketing hub is incredibly powerful but there are a few areas that could be improved. customization of email of email templates and landing pages can feel a bit limited compared to some design-focused platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has streamlined our lead generation and nurturing workflows significantly. i appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with our CRM and automates campaign tracking, email marketing and analytics. It solves the problem of fragmented marketing tools by offering a unified platform which improves team collaboration and decision making.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and how all features speak fluidly to one another. Each object functions in a similar manner making it very intuitive to understand how everything works as one. Set up, implementation, and integrations are easy, the step by step walk through was self explanatory. I use co-pilot very frequently for any questions that I have and I treat it as my very customer support. Speaking of customer support, response times are also quick and mostly the answers I receive is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the nav changes and it becomes difficult to locate items
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to communicate to my prospects and customers in a segmented and accurate way. As well as being able to report on every activity that we are performing in a well integrated manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy drag and drop UI UX, accessible for every users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions needs enhancement, for eg, social media report dashboard should include a time trends showing growth. For now you cannot build a line chart.

For me it's social media management and it helps me create posts quick and be organized.

Driving Marketing Success through integrated tools and smart automation

What do you like best about the product?
the interface is clean and intuitive, don't need to dig through menus to find what is needed. setting up email campaigns, landing pages and automation workflows feels more like assembling building blocks than coding or configuring complex systems. One of my favorite workflows is creating a lead nurturing sequence.
What do you dislike about the product?
the pricing can be a bit steep especially as the contact list grows or if i need to access to more advanced features, it adds up quickly for small teams. Some of the more advanced automation and reporting features have a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can build it visually set triggers based on user behavior and test everything in just a few clicks. It is also great that everything from contact management to analytics is in one place so i'm not constantly switching between tools. It is made our marketing team faster, more organized and even more data driven.
