What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use, keeps everything in one place, and makes it simple to track and manage campaigns. The reporting and automation tools save a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some customisation options are limited, and seat costs can add up quickly as you scale. This is a big warning for small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralises our marketing, sales, and customer data, so we don’t waste time switching between platforms. Automation and reporting give us clearer insights into performance and help us respond to leads faster, which improves efficiency and results.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot stands out for its intuitive interface and seamless integration with other tools in the Hubspot system. I really appreciate how easy it is to setup and manage campaigns without needing deep technical expertise. the drag and drop email builder and automation workflows saves a ton of time and the analytics dashboard gives clear insights into campaign performance. Another big plus is the CRM integration which ensures marketing and sales teams stay aligned. overall, it's a powerful all in one platform that simplifies marketing operations while delivering measurable results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The range of features can feel overwhelming at first simply because there is so much one can do but, honestly there isn't much to dislike in my opinion because the platform is very well designed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot gives a centralized platform for data and measurement which makes it easy to track the influence and performance for my ABM programs for each targeted audience. The revenue analytics feature is a game-changer because it provides a simple view of how all ABM initiatives contribute to a revenue helping me to make smarter decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub brings together email campaigns, landing pages, lead tracking, and automation into a single platform that’s very intuitive. The interface is user-friendly, and it doesn’t take long to get used to. The reporting dashboards are clean, and the CRM integration makes it easy to connect marketing efforts with sales results. The automation features save a lot of time—whether it’s nurturing leads with workflows, scheduling social posts, or segmenting contacts. The ability to track the entire customer journey in one place is a big advantage over juggling multiple tools. Its templates and drag-and-drop functionality make campaign creation quick, even without design expertise. HubSpot also has excellent learning resources and a strong support team that helps users get the most out of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can get expensive as your contact list grows, which may be a challenge for small businesses. Some advanced features are locked behind higher tiers, so you might outgrow the starter plan quickly. Reporting is solid but can feel limited without paying for add-ons. Occasionally, integrations with third-party tools require extra setup or don’t sync perfectly, which can slow things down.

The automation features reduce manual work, saving time and ensuring leads are consistently followed up with. What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how user-friendly and integrated it is. It combines email marketing, landing pages, forms, CRM, automation, and analytics in one seamless platform. The drag-and-drop builder makes campaigns quick to set up, and the reporting dashboards give me full visibility into performance. It’s truly an all-in-one system that reduces the need for multiple tools
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to dislike. If anything, the advanced features can feel overwhelming at first, and pricing may be on the higher side as you scale. However, considering the time and efficiency it saves by centralizing everything, the value more than justifies the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the challenge of managing campaigns across different channels. Earlier, I had to use separate tools for email, automation, and analytics, which was inefficient. Now everything is centralized — from capturing leads with forms and landing pages to nurturing them with automated workflows and measuring ROI with built-in reports. It helps me save time, stay organized, and deliver more personalized marketing that drives better engagement and conversions

Robust marketing platform if you're willing to pay for it

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it super easy to integrate your marketing efforts with your sales efforts. Because it's embedded in your CRM, your email marketing can easily help raise flags for contacts or companies that may be interested in your product. We use it about every other week to send emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels a bit more like a "legacy" or "old school" email marketing platform than some of the other marketing platforms. You can't be as design-oriented when you're actually writing up your emails. Also, because HubSpot is such a big company, it can be hard to actually get in touch with a real person quickly if you have a specific problem. Often, you have to go to the Academy first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is helping us understand who is visiting our website and who is opening our emails, as well as allowing us to actually send emails to our prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Hubspot marketing hub is its ability to bring everything at one place such as email campaigns, lead tracking and landing pages which save my lot of time so that I don't have to toggle in between everything to track things. I love being able to see how contacts are engaging in the real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features which can feel too much in the beginning specially when you are starting with it and do not have much familiarity with marketing automation tools. Some of the options could be more flexible such as customizing dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Hubspot marketing hub as a marketer to plan and monitor our marketing campaigns. My role in world tracking and managing leads and campaign performance to see where we are lagging and what we can improve. It helps centralize our marketing efforts and to keep a check on what channels are performing best where we can reduce errors which gave us clear insights and data backed decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like best about Hubspot is hoe flexible and reliable it is for managing complex marketing processes. The customization options are excellent, i can tailor reports, dashboards and workflows to match my specific business goals without feeling locked into a rigid system. the sandbox environment is a standout great feature which allows me to safely test changes before pushing them live reducing risk and ensuring smooth deployments.
What do you dislike about the product?
while the platform is generally reliable, reporting and analytics could be more real-time. there can be slight delays in data updates which makes it harder to make immediate decisions during fast moving campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing user permissions was a challenge to me previously. with role based access management we can control who sees what ensuring data security and compliance. the sandbox environment allows me to test changes before going live reducing the risk of breaking workflows or disrupting campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub got the ability to provide a holistic view of marketing performance. It allows to track campaigns across multiple platforms like video, mobile and social media which makes it much easier to understand where the efforts are paying off.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Hubspot is a great tool there are a few areas that could be improved like offering more no-code customization options for reports and dashboards to reduce reliance on technical resources, enhancing the speed and accuracy of live data updates for better decision making during active campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
marketing budgets are often allocated based on guesswork. Hubspot's revenue planning and media attribution tools allows me to forecast revenue and identify which campaigns deliver the best ROI. This means i can invest more confidently in strategies that work. Generic dashboards didn't always align with the KPIs. Hubspots's customization options let me build reports that match the company's objectives making insights more actionable.

What do you like best about the product?
It has several native integrations with other marketing platforms like Google and Meta ads. This allows our company to run paid campaigns smoothly and improve overall results.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Hubspot about how it helps me work smarter with the leads and accounts. The lead intelligence and market insights tools are super useful - they help me spot trending topics and figure out what kind of content our audience actually wants to engage with. It's made my marketing efforts more targeted, data driven and efficient. it's not just collecting leads its about understanding them and acting on that insight.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be a bit steep especially if scaling up or need access to more advanced features but it's definitely an investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is helping ,e get smarter about who i'm targeting. the account segmentation and lead-to-account matching features make it easier to focus on the right people and connect the dots between the leads and their companies. this means less guesswork and more meaningful outreach.
