The Marketing Hub has a lot of great features.
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of features and a lot of ways to look at analytics through the customized report. Creating emails is a breeze and it is easy to incorporate an html code to add anything HubSpot can't provide. It is very beginner friendly and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the landing page had more features. I feel like, compared to what is seen on other landing pages outside of HubSpot, HubSpot lacks a few features. Features that are present also lag or have slow loadability. When making updates, you have to refresh about ten times before you can even see how the results look, which is annoying. Constant A/B testing og the software is also confusing. It feels like once I am used to a process and how to get somewhere, it changes all over again. The blog area can also be updated. With the rise of AI, I feel like there should be an easier way to do anchors, etc. to make the process faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me an area to write blogs and reach out to customers and potential leads to help market to them.
Powerful features wrapped in a polished interface with great tools.
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketer juggling multiple campaigns and tools, Hubspot marketing hub has been a game changer. What i love most is how it brings everything from email marketing, social media, landing pages, automation and CRM into one clean, easy to navigate platform. The user interface is intuitive, even for non tech savvy team members. setting up workflows and automation feels more like dragging and dropping than coding which saves me tons of time. One of the biggest wins is the CRM integration. Having marketing and sales data in one place means we can track leads from first touch to conversion without switching platforms. It has helped me align my teams and prove ROI more more clearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say i dislike anything about hubspot marketing hub, it's more that i find myself constantly thinking "wow, imagine if it could also do this" That's the kind of platform it is. It gets me excited about possibilities. I love how it keeps me engaged and curious. It's not just software, it is a creative partner that grows with me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggled to personalize content at scale, especially across different audience segments. Hubspot's smart list and segmentation tools lets me tailor messaging based on user behavior, location or lifecycle changes. engagement has gone up noticeably since i started using these features. Training new markets on multiple tools used to take weeks. Hubspot's intuitive interface and building in learning resources like hubspot academy make onboarding fast and easy. New members can get productive within days.
Marketing Hub is a power package!
What do you like best about the product?
Personally, my favorite thing is the SMS add on. Our sales team deals with very high volume, with lots of demos being scheduled and rescheduled every day. The SMS reminders we set up for the demos have been incredibly helpful to remind people of their meeting time, and many people respond via text instead of email to reschedule which is great because we can fill those times with someone new!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to say anything I dislike.. only thing I can think of is there are plenty of other softwares that can do the things Mkt Hub does, but it's so convenient to have it all in our CRM without connecting tons of other tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us narrow down more accurate numbers of website visitors, where our leads are converting from. Our reporting has been more accurate ever since we started using it more
Everything you need all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Everything you need to market your products, or my services, are right in one place. If you need extra functionality it's easy to find in the marketplace. Simply click the integration you want, click install and there it is. So easy to use and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside might be rising cost for integrations but if you plan right, it's not an issue either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to download and install multiple programs or extensions to get the needed functionality.
It works very well, very fast, and very secure as a CRM. There are functionalities that are disorganized.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it organizes the information, how it connects marketing with commercial tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
He has many mornings to do things (code, html, and campaigns).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly understand how customers convert and how to make my advertising and marketing activities more profitable.
HubSpot - A Powerful, but complex Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of HubSpot Marketing Hub is the analytics and reports to dive deeper into what is working and what isn't working. This helps me make data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version of HubSpot. It is not easy to use and seems to have significantly less functionality that the desktop version. I like the mobile version of other platforms I use such as Google Ads and Shopify but the HubSpot mobile version is much clunkier and less user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem is the amount of data and how our contacts/companies/deals are stored, processed, and closed. HubSpot helps keep all of this organized so that I can do remarketing or retargeting, depending on the appropriateness. As well, it keeps the data stored in a central location that multiple people on the team can access and work with.
My first choice in terms of integrating with sales
What do you like best about the product?
I have used this in the last four different roles super easy to use hotspot once to get the hang of it there are obviously limitations but if you want to work really closely with sales is definitely a platform that super easy to use for smaller businesses. I’m not sure if you are employee 500+ it might be better to go with salesforce and integrate with HubSpot marketing suite
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the social scheduling and social functionalities were better. I think there are more workflows templates to be provided and there should be more report templates right now the templates probably never got updated in the last five years that I’ve been using hubspot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It supports a lot of the automation jobs email sending email nurture program cleaning data marking contacts as deals, et cetera
Streamlines are marketing work effectively
What do you like best about the product?
Streamlines our processes and helps automate workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the most intuitive UI - has become over complicated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has build our automated customer journey process which has enabled our team to easily stay on top of customer accounts without too much manual input. This has improved our customer retention and reduced time spent doing so.
Great set of features with modern UX perfect for startups
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. HubSpot is a much more user-friendly CRM, which makes collaboration easier across the revenue organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of flexibility when you begin scaling your business, and operations can be constrained by some of HubSpot's limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM data. Making lead, account and deal activity visible across the org and helping marketing orchestrate campaigns more effectively.
Good all in one CRM

What do you dislike about the product?
Maintaining a clean database is tricky. Duplicate records and incomplete data often slip in, and while HubSpot has tools to help, they aren’t always enough. It requires constant manual effort to keep contacts and companies organized.
