What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has been a game-changer for our team. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and brings all of our marketing tools into one place. From building emails and landing pages to tracking analytics and automating campaigns, everything works seamlessly together. The reporting features make it simple to measure success and adjust quickly. It saves us time, keeps our strategy organized, and helps us connect with our audience more effectively. Highly recommend for anyone looking to streamline and elevate their marketing!
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be tough for new employees but it’s not too difficult once you know where you’re looking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly helping with customer relations management.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing hub is a game changer for my clients. I often recommend it when working with clients who are frustrated with their CRM or not using one. Being able to create and manage email, social, workflows, and so much more allows me to help my clients
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing. If I had to think of something it may be the locking of automations in starter which some smaller companies can afford but need automation and can’t get
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email automation, social automation, sms and so much more opens up doors for clients that they didn’t have before

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's marketing hub was helpful in consoidating all of my marketing tools into one convenient dashbvoard
What do you dislike about the product?
More folks don't use it enough! Jokes aside, I have no real complaints atm
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It seamlessly connects my audience with my CRM, so that I can strategically tailor my campaigns to the appropriate segment of customers

What do you like best about the product?
I work with close to 100 marketing, sales, service, erp, you name it systems.

HubSpot is, in my experience, by far and away the most user friendly and user intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose it is not marketing hub specific but I often find it to be an issue that the email address restriction (email as unique ID) can not be removed. We end up requiring custom objects to represent multiple contact accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me enable clients to to automate outreach and analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
The emails have been super helpful providing information to our patients. We use hubspot daily and find many aspects very user friendly. The implementation of it was a bit tricky since there was a lot to learn but we had some assistance with a company that helped us implement it. Customer support is always available which is nice. Having the 24/7 care is what makes it worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with our current software that we use could use some work since there is none but we were able to create a one on our own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email blasts to our patients that are not too much. It also helps us understand what people are looking for and where to put our efforts towards.

I can segment our audience based on their behaviors and interests, allowing us to send personalized content that feels much more effective.

While it’s an all-in-one solution, it doesn't necessarily have the best-in-class features for every single function. For example, some dedicated email marketing or social media tools might offer more specialized capabilities.

It's easy for potential customers to fall through the cracks when a team isn't organized. HubSpot keeps a single, detailed record of every lead's interactions with our company.Everyone on the team can see a complete history of each lead, from their first website visit to their last email.
