I wish it integrated a few of the other programs we use. *Schoolmint

Keeping all of our contacts in one central location. Assisting with automated emails, texts, etc.

Marketing Hub Makes Marketing Easy!

  • September 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is next level. We don't have a true "Marketer" on our team, but we are able to still compete with the tools HubSpot Marketing Hub provides. I especially love the Content Remix, where you can create one content type, and it will leverage AI to create additional content pieces. Truely game changing!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure that there is a thing I dislike, I think it's more of not leveraging it to it's full potential since we don't completely have a Marketing person...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making social posting easier and faster! Also allowing us to create much more marketing content than we could ourselves with Content Remix.

Marketing Hub is super easy to use. It's intuitive - from emails to social to ads, you just connect and GO.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot has an automatic setting related to when a marketing contact is unengaged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub is the engine for our business at every part of the flywheel. It's built to find, engage, and nurture leads.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it constantly for work, and even personal use. All around it's fantastic
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming for those who are not in it daily, even for coworkers who are secondary users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our go-to marketing suite and the hub (no pun intended) that we use for all email and social marketing.

Leaps and Bounds Above Other Marketing Tools!

  • September 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It’s super easy to use, the interface is great, and very intuitive. I also enjoy that they have staked their claim as the leading primary Marketing CRM, so I can opt in to review reports and updates they share in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that they roll out some features too early, before they are actually usable. The AI features are still pretty basic and not reliable, and why are tracking URLs buried in settings instead of on the main menu?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing, automated nurture campaigns, and targeting/reporting data.

  • September 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's so user friendly while being dynamic to meet the needs of your exact campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is different pricing tiers to how many contacts you market to but that's the name of the game with software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped us elminate multiple softwares and condense our tech stack greatly.
