HubSpot Marketing Hub Review
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Marketing Hub is the ability to bring all of our data sources under one roof. This includes Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Marketing Hub is a very extensive service, HubSpots report builder is not the best for what I do. When it comes to creating KPIs and other basic graphs, it's perfect. Now, where it struggles is vizualizing more niche data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue that HubSpot is solving for me is our marketing automation. Since we started using the workflow feature, we have seen a 20% increase in our email open rates. This has led to a 15% increase in conversions, year-to-date.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has the best of the best. It enables businesses to automate, personalize, create, track, and support the marketing efforts of any business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside can be the cost. Other than that I love it!

HubSpot Marketing Hub allows us to use AI chat bots to enable conversational assistance to our prospects and customers. It allows us to do dynamic content so we can target the right people with the right message. We can track campaigns and see what is working and what isn't. I can't imagine life without the marketing automation as well.

I wish there was an easier way to send test emails to non-users.

Amazing Tool, boundaries for small teams
What do you like best about the product?
Everything in one plase, easy tracking metrics, many options for emailing and crm cross optimizations
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing data can be very clunky and so can syncing with other platforms. The limits on features and contact counts make it impossible for small teams to grow with the platform.

It helps me to track and contact the right people for invoubd mqls to pass along to sales

Been a HubSpot customer for 3 years - the tool is super easy to use, very user friendly, great UI and makes marketing easy!

Integration with salesforce isn’t ideal.
