Essential for Marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Bug Busters has been using HunSpot for several years. It is an essential tool to help connect us with new customers and keeping us engaged with current customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be complicated to use — especially when onboarding new employees to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating new content that can be distributed across platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been working in HubSpot Marketing for 3+ years and really like the additions that they have made to the platform to personalize content and really connect with the consumer.
I also really like the tutorials that we get within the platform and when new things get introduced.
Also, I do like the email metrics insights we get within the platform that shows you and how you’re emails are doing.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would not say that there is anything I don’t like. I think they’ve done a great job innovating with the times especially with AI and iterating on products that maybe don’t work well the first time around.

What do you like best about the product?
Centralizes all marketing efforts and offers powerful insights to influence agile changes in marketing campaigns for my clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the standard features have been divided out into other Hubs, which has lead to a large chunk of frustration for some of my longer term HubSpot clients
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplifies cluttered tech stack and enables my clients to eliminate several other softwares while offering improvments in meaningful metrics such as traffic analytics, form conversions, and A/B testing improvements.
Efficiency and Insights in One Plat
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot’s Marketing Hub makes it easy to manage campaigns in one place. The automation tools are powerful yet intuitive, letting me set up workflows and email nurtures quickly. I also really like the reporting — it’s clear, customizable, and helps show marketing’s impact without extra manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the advanced features can be tricky to set up without digging into documentation, and the platform can feel pricey as you scale. I also wish there was more flexibility in customizing email templates without extra design work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It consolidates email marketing, automation, lead tracking, and reporting into one platform, so I don’t have to juggle multiple tools. It also makes it much easier to align marketing with sales by keeping all contact data and engagement history in one place.

Powerful but slightly overwhelming. Looking forward to exploring more at Inbound

What do you like best about the product?
For me it is the ease-of-use, how everything works together and the reporting I can pull out of it. And whenever I have a question, I know there are resources at HubSpot I can connect with, articles I can review and a user community that supports me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing at this time. I am quite pleased with the product and how effectively it helps me scale my efforts.

Taking an immature marketing function and scaling the expectations of what marketing SHOULD deliver to the organization and our board of directors.

I dislike that there is not more ability to edit HTML in emails

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is always improving with new features, on the forefront of AI, and has amazing design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! There’s not a lot to dislike. The learning curve for new features is tough but worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing at scale! It’s the best option for automation and tracking across the marketing org.
