I can organize my campaigns pretty well, with emails, blogposts, social all in 1 frame. I also use it to store my assets for a campaign right here so me and my team can easily find it

Sometimes it feels a bit disconnected - the whole experience of the hub

The automation helps in scoring our leads to pass them as MQLs or SQLs so our reps can appropriately find then

Data unification, centricity and the capability to utilise all of the right data to obviously do great marketing automation, processing new demand & sales handoff

Just that they keep changing their UI a lot - gets us confused.

It makes my day to day easy. I can track everything and i love the new form tools

The fact that we cant track the keywords from organic search is making it hard to understand the performance of organic lead generation

What do you like best about the product?
As someone managing lifecycle and performance marketing at scale, the segmentation and automation capabilities are what stand out the most. HubSpot makes it simple to build targeted journeys, automate nurture campaigns, and track outcomes in one place. I especially value how the reporting ties marketing activity back to creator engagement and revenue impact — it’s not just busy work, it’s measurable growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot is powerful, the platform can feel overwhelming at times — especially when setting up advanced workflows or trying to customize reporting beyond the basics. There’s definitely a learning curve, and I’ve found myself needing extra time (or outside resources) to fully leverage the more complex features. Pricing also adds up quickly as you scale, which can be tough if you’re managing multiple lifecycles or business units.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has helped consolidate what used to be a scattered toolkit into one platform. Instead of switching between multiple systems, I can manage lifecycle campaigns, automate engagement flows, and report on performance all in one place. The automation features save significant time and reduce manual errors, while the reporting gives me the clarity to show how marketing efforts directly impact growth. It also makes segmentation far easier, allowing me to target creators based on their lifecycle stage or engagement potential. Overall, it’s helped me scale marketing with less busywork and more measurable impact.

Although i see the ai is developing, there is a lot of work to be done

It doesn’t always play well with our other systems, and it can be difficult building reports that work the way we want them to.
