What do you like best about the product?
Instead of spending hours creating marketing campaigns the agents are already baked in for use and saves marketing time and energy. No need to start from scratch.

Honestly need more training like SF trailheads

What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to make content and then follow up with it in a concise manner and working in between teams the AI tools make working with stuff easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes data can get disjointed. The email setup feel limted sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us send emails and post to sccial senselessly across teams and see ROi

What do you like best about the product?
The marketing hub allowed me to consolidate all of my marketing efforts to one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the ad features and connections to social platforms for ads is challenging. The data sometimes differs from what Meta or LinkedIn displays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quicker planning and implementation of social media campaigns. Emails offer more data and easy templates. Our prior platforms were challenging to use and not as flexible.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to manage our customers in Hubspot. I love how you can easily see the interactions each customer has with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The custom properties are a little complex to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customer dispatch software is clunky. But we use Hubspot to manage all of our preventive maintenance customers and Hubspot makes it easy to interact and engage with our customers.

There's nothing better on the market. They update daily, integrate with everything, drive leads, have the best support, and even drive our website and CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
It almost changes too often- you have to stay on your toes because the industry and platform are always changing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talking to 100,000 leads and prospects at once. Nothing is better for mass communication and automation.
