Good tool for product attribute management

What do you like best about the product?
Arena is a clean, logical system that allows enterprises to maintain SKU information, BOMs, Sources, Product Attributes without clutter or confusion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a more robust user reporting tool. Not all fields are options in the reporting structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arena provides us with a clean environment in which we can manage our SKUs. Our ERP/Finance system lacks this functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
Organized workflow so we can roll out company documents and release updates
What do you dislike about the product?
You need certain permissions to view things and it was a hassle for me to get permissions

Arena PLM gives us a single source-of-truth to manage all of our parts and bill of materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the API had more features to make custom internal tools more feature-rich.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bill of materials management, prototype costing roll ups.

The integration of different areas of the database makes Arena easy to use to helpful

The overall structure of the Arena database is excellent, but the roll back feature can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Arena strives to accept, anticipate, and encourage feedback from their users. It is helpful to have access to "file" archives even after files are replaced by other users as long as the original file related numerals aren't replaced or deleted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the search field for Arena was all-inclusive and you didn't have to search per "World". It's quite difficult to learn and get used to searching within "Worlds" when the majority of the population is used to using Google type search engines which are all-inclusive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Per the majority of regulatory and governmental bodies, Arena fulfills an electronic documentation management system requirement as well as an audit trail for any auditing bodies.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to view multiple file types including redlined files for all revisions
Sandbox feature is helpful but takes getting used to
Still learning about electronic form capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to learn basic capabilities including approvals and training activities. It's generally not very intuitive plus the user interface isn't simple. Very busy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliant to FDA regulations. Files are accessible by all distributed team members. Audit trails, training requirements, and electronic signatures are very helpful.

I love the intuitive layout of the pages and the ease of use and navigation

I wish that the built in search function / navigation was a bit more robust.

Arena provides us a source of truth for our design and engineering lifecycle.

What do you like best about the product?
This QMS system is very easy to use and provides an organized space to keep track of documentation. The prompts for different types of change orders are also very useful to keep things organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are logged out and you have multiple arena tabs open and then reopen arena it will just bring you to whatever page you were on most recently in all tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with change orders, risk management, technical documentation, and any other important documentation required for medical device manufacturing and production

What do you like best about the product?
The simple layout of the website. It is easy to navigate and use for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to find specific document numbers, the search engine can be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to search for housed documents, find information about our WI/SOP.

What do you like best about the product?
Arena is constantly updating their platform, building off of a solid foundation, not changing what has shown to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be clunky at times. Generating reports is not always intuitive. I'd like to see more user-friendly tools based on feedback from end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining a system database that the majority of our staff have an ease using under the guidance of Quality Assurance.
