What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a very friendly platform to work on.
It is an excellent platform for document control, BOM and part number spec.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the item there are fields that are mandatory to fill out but there are really too many of them. Furthermore, I do not consider it necessary that once all the approvers give their approval, the document control team is required to approve again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New platform changes have made documentation changes faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Arena PLM & QMS is very simple and clear. Its main feature is the possibility to access all the necessary information of our quality management system. Being inside a medical device company, this availability of documentation as well as traceability is critical for our operations and it is a tool that we use every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that could be improved is that having so many levels of customization is sometimes difficult or slows the learning curve to understand the whole system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arena has helped us manage the quality system to make it easier for us to comply with quality standards and regulations. It helps us reduce manual errors and improve decision making.

What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive, user friendly and allows for fast processing of document reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for certain documents requires the exact numbering to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows my company to store our documentation in a secure location. It provides a good platform for reviewing documentation and ensuring we uphold our ISO 13485 requirement.

What do you like best about the product?
It does everything, and I feel confident that no stone has gone untouched.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does everything, and i sometimes have to sift through tons and ton sof stuff I do not need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"Solving" isn't the right word for us, but "benefitting" is. Arena benefits us by keeping track of all our documents and makes processing changes easier.

What do you like best about the product?
We currently use Arena for PLM and are very happy with it. Generally good user interface, good out-of-the-box workflows for product data management, and very good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some user settings on the admin side aren't completely intuitive, but in general we have very few complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single source of truth: It is highly useful to have our product data in one place with an established workflow. This has made documentation managementn and release to procurement much smoother than it was previously.

I like how it's on the cloud and easy to work with our CMs overseas for BOM management and change activities

I dislike how there is no mobile application for this when we're on the move or out of the office

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, my experience with Arena has been very positive. I like the scalability, ease of use, and integration potential the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performing administrative corrections (e.g. typographical errors) on approved documents requires an Administrative Change Order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the interconnection of all aspects of quality management in one system and the interaction with one another.
We manage all quality and manufacturing documents in Arena. Training is easier to manage and track. We use Change Control, Projects, Quality world for Audits, CAPAs, NCRs, Complaints, Investigations, DHF, Management Review, Technical Files and keep track of Suppliers, SAR, SCAR etc. We use Arena for as much as possible and have leveraged their tools to digitize many paper processes. During audits, the Arena system presents very nicely.
