Effortless Compliance Automation, but Migration Takes Work
What do you like best about the product?
After handling our SOC 2 compliance at Sprinto, a transition to Secureframe was an easy choice for the automation and User Experience upgrade. The best change, from what I can see, is in the philosophy of evidence gathering. Secureframe’s technology categorizes and maps evidence from our AWS cloud and Jira instances automatically with very high accuracy, greatly lessening the time I used to spend manually reviewing in Sprinto. The dashboard is cleaner as well, which helps give our (team) an at-a-glance view of where they are in terms of compliance without a lot of distractions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The migration away from Sprinto did take some effort to trace back our controls and re-assert certain evidence. And though Secureframe’s support was useful, it was a project in its own right. Some of the policy editing features, though powerful, present a different workflow that I found a bit more difficult to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The switch cured our audit-time scrambling headache. With Sprinto, we would often have to hand-hold auditors and manually bridge the gaps for context within evidences. With the increased level of automation provided by Secureframe and clearer reporting, the entire audit process is also far more predictable and less stressful. This has been a great benefit to our company by saving about 40% in internal compliance hours, enabling our IT team to apply themselves toward the support of their core AI driven QA platform.
Seamless Integration with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Secureframe for about a year to meet compliance objectives and streamline audit and risk management initiatives, which has been very beneficial. Secureframe's platform and their strong customer support, along with the available online resources, are incredibly helpful for compliance automation. The integrations work seamlessly, connecting different platforms we use to automatically pull in data for security compliance frameworks, making the setup smooth. Any challenges faced are quickly resolved thanks to the responsive and helpful Secureframe support team. Secureframe impressively solves problems relating to meeting security compliance objectives, aiding us in obtaining SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications by streamlining audits. It pulls data directly from platforms, performs tests, identifies issues that need resolving, and keeps us organized for audits. The breakdown of controls into individual tests aligned with our infrastructure and the step-by-step instructions are highly useful for organizing activities for the audits. I am also pleased with the seamless integration of various software like HR tools, Microsoft, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure, and other SaaS providers, which are ingested smoothly into the platform. What stands out to me is the way Secureframe's platform is organized in combination with the integration of many SaaS service providers and the great support team, making the product truly excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see several additional integrations. Obviously, there are lots of SaaS companies that Secureframe is able to integrate with but have not yet integrated with. Expanding these integrations would strengthen their platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Secureframe to meet compliance objectives, streamline audits, and obtain SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications. It integrates seamlessly, pulls data automatically, identifies issues, and organizes our control environment efficiently.
Very good partner in our compliance journey.

Efficient Compliance Automation with Secureframe, but Pricing and Learning Curve Are Drawbacks
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe streamlines compliance automation with continuous monitoring that reduces manual audit prep significantly. The platform integrates seamlessly with our existing tech stack, automatically collecting evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other frameworks. The dashboard provides clear visibility into compliance status, and the implementation process is straightforward with helpful onboarding support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be steep for smaller organizations or startups just beginning their compliance journey. Some integrations require manual configuration that isn't intuitive, and the learning curve for advanced features can be challenging without dedicated training. Occasionally, the automated evidence collection misses context-specific requirements that still need manual review, which somewhat undermines the automation promise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Secureframe for SOC-II (Type 2).
Intuitive and Effective Compliance Tracking Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Secureframe's intuitive nature that aligns well with compliance frameworks, making it easy to understand and navigate. The Jira and email integrations for task assignments, and the dashboards for tracking progress, enhance my workflow. Additionally, the automated evidence capture and in-platform policy editor simplify compliance tasks, and the guidance on meeting objectives is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would simplify some of the admin menus and enhance the product documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe clarifies compliance tasks and aids in tracking progress, enhancing project planning through intuitive dashboards and automated evidence capture.

Taking a lot of pain out of infosec
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe has drastically streamlined our SOC 2 process. Without it, managing everything manually would be a nightmare. The platform continues to evolve in all the right ways—new features actually solve real problems, not just add noise. Their integrations save tons of time, and the dashboard gives a clear picture of where we stand. Also, huge shoutout to their customer support (especially Jean Baptiste...) always professional, fast and genuinely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a bit of digging to find specific information or settings, but that’s partly the nature of infosec. That said, they’re clearly aware of this and constantly improving navigation and how different parts of the product connect. It does getting better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe is helping us stay on top of security compliance without burning time or energy on manual processes. It centralizes everything we need for SOC 2, vendor reviews, and audit readiness, which means we can focus on improving security... not chasing evidence or deadlines. It’s also made it way easier to manage third-party risk with structured workflows and templates. The time savings and peace of mind are real.

A Reliable Partner for Streamlining SOC 2 and ISO 27001 Audits
What do you like best about the product?
SecureFrame offers a clear and thorough view of our compliance status for both SOC 2 and ISO 27001, making it easy to spot any gaps and keep real-time track of our audit readiness. I rely on it almost every day to check control statuses, review evidence, and manage compliance tasks. The extensive selection of integrations simplifies connecting our cloud services, HR platforms, and security tools, which has greatly reduced the amount of manual work required. I also appreciate the feature that lets us review historical evidence, as it helps us recognize recurring audit needs and prepare more effectively. The customer support team stands out as well—they are responsive, knowledgeable, and consistently proactive in addressing our questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Earlier, the platform lacked a dedicated audit view, which made it slightly difficult to visualize evidence progress — though this has now been added and works well.
An AI-based policy creation assistant would be a great addition to further simplify documentation.
It would also help if the SecureFrame agent were more configurable for different environments and if there were an option to easily remove devices from the asset inventory.
These are minor areas for improvement in an otherwise well-built platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before adopting SecureFrame, our small team spent significant time on manual evidence collection, tracking compliance tasks, and preparing documentation for auditors. Maintaining continuous compliance and responding to audit requests was both time-consuming and error-prone. SecureFrame has automated much of this process, providing centralized visibility across controls, integrations, and evidence. This has resulted in substantial time savings, faster audits, fewer errors, and far smoother collaboration with auditors. It has truly helped us maintain ongoing compliance with minimal overhead.
