Streamlined Compliance, Exceptional Support

  • November 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Secureframe’s ability to maintain compliance for critical frameworks like HIPAA and SOC II, and its flexibility to extend to other frameworks such as GDPR and ISO. The user interface is impressively intuitive and user-friendly, allowing even those unfamiliar with compliance to navigate complex controls and processes with ease. This was especially beneficial for us as startup founders managing multiple roles. Secureframe’s Trust Center is an outstanding feature, enabling us to present a professional trust center on our branded subdomain. This has been instrumental in building trust with clients and partners. The automated integration with our existing systems like Google Cloud and GitHub is another standout aspect, greatly simplifying the process of managing compliance controls and vastly reducing manual effort. Secureframe’s excellent customer support is always responsive and helpful whenever I encounter an issue. Additionally, their pricing is competitive, and their commitment to putting people first aligns with our company’s values, making them an exceptional fit for us. Secureframe also keeps us updated with compliance changes and facilitates our expansion into new compliance frameworks, supporting our scaling efforts comprehensively. Overall, it’s a vital tool for all our compliance needs, consistently delivering an exceptional experience as we grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's room for improvement in terms of implementing more AI-driven workflows and providing more detailed explanations of tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Secureframe to maintain compliance, enabling entries into industries like healthcare. Its flexible platform supports multiple frameworks, automates controls, and fosters trust with vendors, facilitating partnerships and customer acquisition.

Effortless Compliance and Automation for Mid-Sized Businesses

  • November 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I love the most is Secureframe’s ability to turn compliance into a topic that my mid-sized retail business can actually understand. Handling over several brands means that we are able to efficiently sync all data and vendor policy without the need for a new system. I find the system’s automation for tracking certifications and alerting us to coming audits particularly helpful. I no longer have to chase people down for updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it took a bit of time to get every department onboard because our beauty and lifestyle divisions work differently. Once everyone saw the value, adoption picked up. There are just a couple of minor tweaks that could be beneficial. Some customized reports could be easier to modify without the need for administrators.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were all over the place managing vendor compliance before Secureframe. Now, you can track everything in one place – from supplier risk assessments to internal policies. It lessens the amount of compliance work we have to do, and keeps us from making little audit errors that could hold up distribution. Secureframe also provides our leadership with a clearer assessment of where we stand with each of the certifications, which is great for retailer trust.

Secureframe Streamlines Vendor Risk, But API Limitations Need Workarounds

  • November 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I work as a system administrator at a software consultancy where my team utilizes many third-party tools and APIs. With Secureframe's risk management module, we are able to handle this complexity in a structured way. The automated vendor questionnaire system saves a lot of time. I can deliver a detailed security assessment to a new AI service provider and track their compliance status directly in the platform. When you integrate with our GitHub organization, we automatically flag new dependencies for vetting to keep all our code bases secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, there was a lot of manual work on our part to get the risk scoring model working for our clients’ security needs. Certain API endpoints, which help extract vendor data for our internal dashboards, impose limitations that require a workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us gain visibility into our software supply chain issue. We didn’t have a centralized way to track what third parties we were using. And whether or not they were secure enough. Currently, one dashboard displays the risk posture of all our vendors. This has helped us tremendously during client audits, and drastically reduced the amount of time our developers spend answering security questions about their tools.

Effortless Compliance Management with Intuitive Dashboard and Automated Reminders

  • November 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Secureframe organizes all of this without being overly complex. I can check compliance status, upcoming audits and documentation all from one dashboard. The set up process to our HR and internally systems was more straightforward than I thought and we love the automated reminders so we never miss those important security checks. It has honestly made our compliance reporting so much less painful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, it took some time to figure out all the |buttons accompainied withit however I've gotten used to it mostly during setting up. I do wish their customer chat support was a little bit quicker on the uptake time during weekends, but otherwise the folks at support have been consistent and courteous once you reach them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our compliance process was previously fragmented across spreadsheets and shared folders before implementing Secureframe. Now, all that is centralized, auditable and transparent. That saves us a ton of manual work, reduces risk, and delivers peace of mind to management that our data protection standards are consistently met. It also saved our day during our last external audit — could create every report within minutes instead of days.

Seamless Integrations and Fast Feedback, Minor Dashboard Glitch

  • October 30, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the integrations they have with all the tools we use at our company. The integrations automatically detect items that are out of compliance and give you instructions on how to resolve them. Once the item is addressed, Secureframe refreshes the item automatically so you also get quick feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I can say that I dislike. The only observation is that for some reason the dashboard doesn't display in my account. This might be a bug in their system.

Effortless Compliance Automation, but Migration Takes Work

  • October 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
After handling our SOC 2 compliance at Sprinto, a transition to Secureframe was an easy choice for the automation and User Experience upgrade. The best change, from what I can see, is in the philosophy of evidence gathering. Secureframe’s technology categorizes and maps evidence from our AWS cloud and Jira instances automatically with very high accuracy, greatly lessening the time I used to spend manually reviewing in Sprinto. The dashboard is cleaner as well, which helps give our (team) an at-a-glance view of where they are in terms of compliance without a lot of distractions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The migration away from Sprinto did take some effort to trace back our controls and re-assert certain evidence. And though Secureframe’s support was useful, it was a project in its own right. Some of the policy editing features, though powerful, present a different workflow that I found a bit more difficult to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The switch cured our audit-time scrambling headache. With Sprinto, we would often have to hand-hold auditors and manually bridge the gaps for context within evidences. With the increased level of automation provided by Secureframe and clearer reporting, the entire audit process is also far more predictable and less stressful. This has been a great benefit to our company by saving about 40% in internal compliance hours, enabling our IT team to apply themselves toward the support of their core AI driven QA platform.
