Consistent Communication
What do you like best about the product?
Keeping compliance processes in one place. I receive consistent communication on updates and changes.

Nothing so far. I haven't had a bad experience at all.

Compliance Deadlines & Organization
So glad I'm not doing SOCII without it.
What do you like best about the product?
It's a solid and responsive guide to getting security compliance done. We can clearly see what's missing and how to remedy it. By following the recommendations, we were able to get certified and stay that way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few tests that seemed like we should be passing when it reported failure, but they were very responsive in working through those issues with us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can manage all of our compliance documents and requirements in one place and confidently verify that we are meeting requirements.
High touch support, rapid product iteration
What do you like best about the product?
Their integrations, especially with our HR system make onboarding flows seamless for new employees. They also have been really helpful training up internal stakeholders that manage our compliance processes to understand their system and get us ready for an audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The security questionnaire AI can hallucinate at times so we've had to resort to triple checking those responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR for our enterprise customer base and we can't have any lapses in our controls or audits. Over the years of using Secureframe we've had 3 different teams own compliance so having a platform that's intuitive with highly responsive support has made it easier for us to maintain compliance adherence.

- The integration with GitHub without using CircleCI is not intuitive, it took me quite a while to understand how to configure the repositories
- I didn't find a way to apply the same configuration to all the repositories, I had to review them one by one

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Secureframe centralizes SOC 2 workflows and provides continuous monitoring across the entire application stack and software architecture. It streamlines compliance tasks and makes it easy to stay audit-ready at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the learning curve can feel a bit steep for new users, especially when exploring all the advanced features.

My experience with Secureframe's onboarding was smooth and intuitive. The platform is effective and makes a complex process manageable, even as someone who primarily interacted with it for a short time.

What do you dislike about the product?
My only minor critique was needing help understanding U.S.-specific compliance requirements as a user in Europe. A more robust guide for international users, perhaps with analogies or examples to European-specific equivalents, would make the experience more seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe solves the problem of complex and time-consuming compliance. This benefits us by providing a smooth onboarding experience and by making the infrastructure team's work more efficient.
We passed through SOC2 type 1 and Secure Frame worked pretty well.

The controls and the test. And the way we can manager everything in one place.

The Filters to pull down devices from Azure Intune.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the help from support in walking me through the steps for testing questions, navigation help, and quick responses when help is needed right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial navigation and understanding of how it works. But once you get used to the platform it is pretty easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it automates and integrates what we are using so it saves many steps. It helps keep us compliant and helps manage our SOC2 requirements are met for audits.
SOC compliance simplified using Secureframe
What do you like best about the product?
We started our SOC compliance effort on a competitor's platform and switched to Secureframe midstream. With that opportunity to compare and contrast, Secureframe is far more user-friendly and intuitive. I'm a small contributor to my employer's SOC effort, but my parts have been made far easier using Secureframe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I'm not steering our SOC compliance effort, so my minor role has not encountered any deficiencies.

The central repository for all things related to SOC compliance in an easy-to-use interface.
