Some integrations are missing, requiring manual uploads

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe has been a huge help in guiding our team through the SOC 2 certification process. The platform breaks everything down into clear steps, automates a lot of the evidence collection, and keeps all the requirements organized in one place. This made it easy to stay on track, address gaps quickly, and feel confident going into the audit.
Affordable, Intuitive, and great support!
What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe allows me to track and trace my audit readiness and stance. It does this by allowing me to place the vast majority of my evidence in one place, set reminders to refresh evidence on a cycle I set, and cross-reference it all to demonstrate consistency for the auditor. I use this platform daily. And any new feature is easy and intuitive, resulting in quick implementation of that work and documentation. And if I cannot find a feature that does what I need, both my customer success manager and account manager are quick in responding. Usually they have something in their roadmap to assist me already, and if they don't they offer workarounds with other features that make sense.
The last thing I will say is that they are always improving, releasing new features/updates, and have consistent webinars to keep their clients updated on what will be released in the coming months.

What do you dislike about the product?
With their suggestions and roadmap matching my overall needs, I'm not sure. I think the ability to create custom integrations could be better, but then again, they already have stage one of that feature released with a build out planned that more than meets my future needs. So... nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That is a lot. We use Secureframe to keep everything compliance related in one place, either as the primary source or a back up. Secureframe allows us to track our inventory, personnel, policies, vendor risks, document our approved vendor list, see if team members are using unapproved platforms, connect and understand the overlap between all the various frameworks we need to adhere to, we compare our vulnerability scans to the vulnerability section in Secureframe for any discrepancies, etc. It helps us ensure our security, privacy, policy management, product and organizational integrity, and overall quality management approach is as complete as it can be for our platform and organizational structure. In short it ensures we are meeting our commitments to our industry, clients, team members, and board.

The product is easy to use, and has a team that assists all the way and communication is quick round the clock.

There are no downsides to use Secureframe that I can think of.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe provided both excellent industry expertise and thought partnership when we had to race to get our SOCII under a tight deadline. We actually left another, smaller provider - that company's software was horrible, their experts were outdated, and their support was minimal. Secureframe stepped in and saved the day. We bought up for their consulting expertise in year one, and our SME partner was wonderful. He even came to our office for a workshop for two days (that was just a stroke of luck, given he lived near - still showed commitment). They were patient and supportive and thorough with all our questions, and having no CISO on staff we had a lot. They helped us navigate having a solid compliance posture as a very small (~20) person startup, got us through compliance, and even helped find an auditor.
As far as the software: It does what I need it to do, helps track everything, was easy to set up and integrate to our stack where we could. It's thorough and provides the tools and guidance we need to track compliance in a comprehensive and modern way.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasionally clunky flows. Setting up the Secureframe Agent MDM software is always sticky, but you only have to do it once.. Offboarding someone takes a few more steps than it should, and sometimes the evidence guidance isn't as clear as it could be. But those are nitpicks compared to overall value.

I really appreciate the expertise of the Secureframe team, which greatly assists in security certification processes. The seamless integrations with third-party platforms like AWS streamline our operations significantly. The platform's straightforward setup and intuitive design made our transition very smooth. The service's efficient management of policies and procedures, along with ongoing audit support, is invaluable for maintaining compliance. Additionally, the dashboard provides real-time insights into our security compliance, alerting us to any discrepancies immediately. The cost-effectiveness of Secureframe versus our previous in-house process is exceptional, offering great value and making it a worthy investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the addition of a HIPAA compliance package.

I appreciate Secureframe's predefined frameworks, integrations, and easy setup. It simplifies maintaining HITRUST and SOC 2 certifications, provides valuable audit insights, enhances policy compliance, and offers cost-effective solutions.
No brainer recommendation and 10/10 service
What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to know where to start. From the very first engagement nearly five years ago to today, Secureframe has been exceptional in helping us with our SOC 2 compliance process and ongoing renewals. Without Secureframe, managing this would be an overwhelming task, relying on file explorers and spreadsheets for auditors. Having their platform has been essential for maintaining compliance and gives us peace of mind throughout the entire process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have no major complaints. Secureframe has consistently met my expectations and I’m always impressed with the ongoing improvements I see whenever I log in. If I had to pick a ‘dislike,’ it would be a selfish one: they haven't provided me with the winning lottery numbers yet. But I suppose that's on me to figure out!

This not only benefits our overall operational efficiency but also ensures that we remain compliant year-round without the constant worry of scrambling for documents during audit season.

Streamlining the compliance process for SOC 1 & 2 for a global remote team, and policy acknowledgement, and setting annual reminders company-wide.

Finding all the tasks assigned to you. They are in different sections, lacking a central place to search for everything in one location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe has helped us streamline and get organized for SOC 1 & 2 compliance. By meeting these standards, we demonstrate to our customers that we are serious about protecting their data and are a trusted partner.
Great product to help monitor compliance and security with a small team
What do you like best about the product?
It shows us any issues we have in our infrastructure that we can tackle to improve security and stay on top of our compliance. Since we have a small team, a centralized platform like SecureFrame is the only way we could keep on top of these requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the toughest thing with secure frame is getting all our employees to download and install unsigned installers.

Security compliance and auditing of our cloud infrastructure. We are a small DevOps team which is also responsible for security within our infrastructure. Without a tool like this, it would be difficult to ensure we are following compliance and keeping our infrastructure as secure as possible
