Secureframe - easy and all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I love how all my compliance is compiled into one platform. I can get a holistic view of how my company is doing from one dashboard. I can also manage different tasks all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to get all the integrations set up between different software providers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe makes our SOC 2 audits very easy and clean to track. It also lets us track employee policy review health, vendor health, and we use it for our trust center so our vendors/clients can perform their due diligence on us. I love it.
Secureframe Guidance
What do you like best about the product?
Brandon from SF has been great at guiding me through not only their software but the entire SOC 2/Type 2 process. I am new to all of this so his guidance has been instrumental. Couple that with the product's intuitive design and its been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything to say here. All positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SF helps me stay on top of our SOC2/T2 compliance.
Such a helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to house so many aspects of compliance under one roof. The ability to have a customer-facing Trust Center while being able to manage it and link it to our resources on the back end has been a game changer for our compliance and diligence team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation does take some getting used to, there is a learning period on where everything is housed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe has provided a one stop shop for compliance on both the customer-facing end and the back end for our internal teams. Being able to track metrics, requests, etc while also managing vendors and our audits has been a huge plus
SecureFrame is a "Must Have" for Managing a Certification Process
What do you like best about the product?
SecureFrame provides a large number of ways to connect to third party providers we use, such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and many more. This allows SecureFrame to automatically examine and report on many of the required elements necessary for certification. It will then alert you when something is failing and/or needs attention, which is great. That makes much of the process reactive vs. having to proactively check on everything to make sure all is well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I really dislike about SecureFrame. Any issues we've had in the past have either been solved by our account manager or by the development team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We initially started with another service provider to help us manage our SOC 2 Type II certification process. However, we found it had a LOT to be desired after we began using it. We then switched to SecureFrame and the difference was like night and day. SecureFrame had us so much further along in the first day than the few months I was using the old service provider. SecureFrame has made it incredibly easy to become aware of and manage those elements that are not meeting our own controls. Furthermore, SecureFrame often provides steps on HOW to resolve failing elements, especially when they are technology-related.
Excellent platform your security needs - we've used them for over 4 years with no hesitation
What do you like best about the product?
We have used SecureFrame weekly for over 4 years and we love the platform. It does a great job of making things straight forward. From as simple and easy as being setup for the controls we want to be reviewing and having less technical people understand the verbiage, all the way to as technical as helping with scripts and exact what the issue is deep in SQL just off of the test results. Every major, and many smaller, integration is preloaded and you just log in as normal. Implementing auditors was a breeze as well so it makes our jobs and their jobs very simple. We did have an issue at one point of adding new auditors, but the customer support team helped us out super quick and we were back on track very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it is a great platform, if I had to pick anything it would be some of the way the documentation updates for users to sign in designed in the UX, along with an easier way to update the "Send Invite" template, but those are both small and there are ways to do them so it's a nonissue really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem SecureFrame is solving for us is getting our ducks in a row for our SOCII and ISO audits. We brought SecureFrame on to begin these and then kept their services after, one for when we need to reaudit we'll already be somewhat up to speed, but also because it is good to have a general idea of your security scores beyond just what a regular dashboard may tell you.
Easy to use, great resources, and customer support is excellent.
What do you like best about the product?
Saved me countless hours and reasonable pricing. The platform is intuitive and templates to support your business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still a lift to complete the necessary documents and policies, however, the templates provided are very helpful and a time saver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obtaining our SOC II certification. Many companies requesting our security frameworks and Secureframe has been useful to demonstrate this.

What do you like best about the product?
Secureframe's team was top notch with fast response times, flexibility, and a creative approach to problem solving without straying from the topic. The support was top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor thoughts about UI tweeks in the system. Minor and nitpicking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed a SOC 2 compliance vendor as a small team to offload much of the complexity.
Essential Compliance Partner with Great Team Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Secureframe supports a combination of frameworks and its extensive integrations, making compliance management much easier. The agent automates tasks like assessing device compliance, which saves significant effort compared to manual processes. Managing, auditing, and reporting compliance information becomes efficient with Secureframe, reducing effort during audits. The individual status updates are incredibly helpful for ensuring compliance across the company. Moreover, the team is great to work with and the maintenance of relevant frameworks like SOC 2, HIPAA, and CCPA is crucial for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the setup process to require considerable effort. Onboarding the entire company, reviewing many policies, completing risk assessments, and testing integrations was quite a bit of work. Additionally, there was some confusion among our team members because the automation agent did not function uniformly across Windows and Mac devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe streamlines compliance management, automating audit processes and reducing manual effort. It facilitates easy data tracking, making SOC 2 audits less daunting, and helps in comprehensive reporting and individual compliance updates.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is highly-intuitive and easy to use, making tracking progress and understanding compliance process easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing particular to note, but time of implementation was a minor issue (though uniform to all other players in this space).

Helping us achieve SOC and ISO compliance, assess third party vendor risk, and helping accelerate vendor infosec/procurement processes.
Amazing Support
What do you like best about the product?
The customer success/compliance team is always ready to help and answer questions. When you initially know nothing about SOC2, this really helps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, tool works great. Their AI features are starting to evolve, but more could still be done around that.
