Effortless SOC2 Readiness with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I find Secureframe's platform easy to use, which makes it convenient for our needs. Having a dedicated account manager is really helpful, and Coletta especially has been great to work with. Their integration with our tech stack and HR platforms is something I appreciate. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain newer parts of the product have more bumps, particularly with auditor interactions and the new audit portal. However, their team is really hands-on with any issues and helps you ultimately get the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe helps get our security and compliance program off the ground, automates controls, and centralizes data for auditor readiness.
Effortless Compliance Management with Secureframe
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Secureframe is well structured and focused, helping me go down a list of tasks to complete in order to become compliant. I really appreciate the Azure integration they have in place, as it can automatically alert us when deployed infrastructure might violate one of our policies. The initial setup was very easy; I got on a call with their team and moved things forward quickly. We could even text the CEO, who was responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an AI mode which claims to provide Azure CLI code to satisfy certain requirements, but it is lacking in completeness and I haven't found it to be consistent or useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe helps us get certified or prepare for SOC-2 and HIPAA. It's well structured and focuses on completing tasks to become compliant. I like the Azure integration for policy violation alerts.
Great Support Team and an easy-to-Navigate Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The the end to end process was supported by a great support team. The platform is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations can be intermittent. This may be due to vendor connectivity also
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are just a start up tech company and it enables us to keep the cost lower & not introducing a compliance manager to manage this manually. It’s all in one easy to use platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Secureframe simplifies everything for us, making it easy to implement and manage all mandatory controls. I appreciate that it helps us organize our work and divide responsibilities effectively. The structured approach is really beneficial, as it allows us to go through every test that needs to be handled, ensuring we provide the necessary evidence. Secureframe presents us with clear instructions on what needs to be done to address each item, and it's really easy to find what we need in the system. It's simple to go through the tests needed to be ready for an audit, and I find Secureframe very intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there were reminders on controls that need new evidence to be presented/uploaded on a specific frequency, like monthly, quarterly, annually. It would be good to have the system remind us that one specific test needs to be updated. If the search bar on the tests was able to find tests based on the numeric value of the requirements, that would be great too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe simplifies our certification processes, helping us organize work, direct our efforts, and manage controls easily. It's structured intuitively, making it simple to find needed information, complete tests for audits, and follow clear instructions to address compliance points.
Intuitive UI and Exceptional Support for a Smooth Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very intuitive, and the support we’ve received has been truly exceptional. Overall, it’s been a smooth experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost can be a factor, especially if you’re a startup. Also, I’ve had integrations disconnect at random at times, and I’m not sure whether that’s an issue with Secureframe or with the vendor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integrations with vendors and the evidence-gathering features definitely help a lot with compliance.
Clear, User-Friendly Compliance - Would Highly Recommend
What do you like best about the product?
Supports successful compliance across a broad variety of standards. It breaks requirements down thoroughly to help you understand and guides you through each step.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike at all. It’s very clear and user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It continuously monitors compliance and sends notifications when attention is needed, helping ensure we stay on track.
Streamlines Security Management with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I like Secureframe's ease of use, especially in finding the information I need to share with customers. It really streamlines my process by reducing the amount of manual work. Instead of filling out a prospective client's questionnaire, I can direct them to our public-facing Secureframe page so they can grab what they need. The onboarding as a user was pretty straightforward, taking just a couple of minutes, and now I use it fairly frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, it's generally useful. Sometimes I get notifications that feel somewhat irrelevant to me, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Secureframe to centralize our security posture information, making it easy to share securely via the trust portal. It simplifies finding and sharing security data, reducing manual tasks and organizing everything from my previous scattered setup in Notion and Google Drive.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Secureframe is how it simplifies what is typically a complex and time-consuming compliance process by offering an intuitive, well-structured platform that doesn’t require deep prior expertise. The automation features - especially for evidence collection, continuous monitoring, and integrations with existing tools - significantly reduce manual work and minimize errors, while the centralized dashboard provides clear visibility into compliance status and progress. Additionally, the built-in guidance and responsive support make it much easier to move efficiently from initial setup to being fully audit-ready.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current version that doesn't have User Access Review module.

Secureframe solves the complexity of managing security and compliance by automating tasks like evidence collection and monitoring in one place. This saves time, reduces errors, and makes it easier to stay audit-ready while focusing on core work.
SecureFrame Makes SOC 2 Evidence Uploads Easy With Helpful Templates
What do you like best about the product?
As a person who is assisting in getting our framework certifications using SecureFrame I really enjoy how SecureFrame includes templates and examples for specific fields auditors would want to see. This came in handy when uploading evidence for our SOC 2 framework. SecureFrame is pretty easy to navigate and pretty self explanitory.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can get a little frustrating sorting through all of the requirements. Similarly, I had some issues looking to see what items I was assigned to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get SOC 2 and HIPAA certified through SecureFrame as it provided us with an easy guide on what exactly is required for the framework. I was assisting in gathering evidence specifically for the data processing portion of these as a compliance manger and it was helpful to see various examples and templates. It helped me gather the information quicker.

I love how user-friendly Secureframe is for professionals across all departments, which makes it accessible regardless of their technical abilities or familiarity with HIPAA processes and policies. The support team is great, providing confidence in assigning tasks across the organization without second thoughts. Additionally, setting up Secureframe was very easy, which was a big plus for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could have a simplified system overview that makes it easier for all team members to know what it is for and why we use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secureframe keeps our HIPAA compliance policies, vendors, and more in one place. It's user-friendly across departments, allowing me to assign tasks regardless of technical ability or familiarity with processes.
