What do you like best about the product?
The best part of zoho analytics is help to visually analyze data,create visualizations

It is little slower for large datasheets

I have encountered issues in the process past with difficulties downloading and cleaning up reports from Zoho

Zoho has been amazing to combine our sales CRM with our CS CRM

It gives automatic insights and a dashboard of the different landscapes, which makes it very easy to use and a good customer and user experience, and allows us more time

Of few times, it takes more time to load and provide the detailed report if the file size is too large and a few times, it processes the dashboard late and takes more time to load

its solves the problem of getting the collaborative reports and and access to the different dashboards for the use of various parameters and for getting the quick insights of the overall sales report

It is easy to use. It can be easily integrated with other Zoho products or other plateforms.

There is a performance issue with a large dataset. You will face lagging in reports and dashboards

Zoho CRM is directly connected with Zoho analytics. So it is beneficial in creating reports like Leads reports, Deals Reports, Customer outstanding reports etc.

Improves management of sales and marketing data. It is easy to use, even for beginners. The machine learning and predictive analytics features. Supports integration with numerous data sources.

Plans with more comprehensive tools and features cost more. The support team is a bit lax

Makes it easier to merge and analyze data from different sources for easier analysis. This results in a better understanding of data and, ultimately, better decision-making.

I liked the user-friendly interface and the fact that it enables users to consolidate data from various sources like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc. and help the users to analyse the data within a single platform.

I have experienced some performance issues while dealing with exceptionally large datasets or large queries, and that is something which might act as a loophole.

It helped in cleaning and analysing raw data, and its data visualisation capabilities helped in fetching inferences from that data so that it could be further presented to the decision-makers as well.
