Conga CLM: Best Contract management, Updating and Modifying tool
What do you like best about the product?
As an Admin i am using Conga CLM on daily basis it is very easy to use. By using feature of agreement start and end date we are easily manage agreement period.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conga CLM is easy to use but initial setup is complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Conga CLM we are managing agreement period. While agreement is going to expire it will notify the user. after that user ready to take decision that he want to renew it or not.

Conga CLM manages the life cycle of the contracts starting from agreement creation , parallel reviewing , approval and finally the contract creation.

Conga CLM UI is easy to use and it's implementation is relatively faster. conga CLM has features rich functionality and it has broad range of unique features.

Conga CLM some features like reportimg and analytics should have more customizable options. System lags in performance with large data set.

It's stream line our workflows through automation and has ensure consistency with clause library.

As a Consultant I am using Conga CLM for Managing contracts. We are using rhis software to manage our contracts of different regions in the world. By using this tool; we are managing it efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the most about Conga CLM is it's integration functionality. we have Integrated it with X Author. It helps me to Modify the contracts and it is very easy to use.

Initial Setup of Conga CLM is bit complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Integration functionality of Conga CLM we are using Docusign it helps us to reduce our manual work of Signature process.

As an Administrator I am Using Conga on Daily basis and it is easy to use. When Iam facing any difficulty I reach out to conga support team. They are always ready to help.

Initial Setup is complex of Conga CLM tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an Admin I have to manage Contract flow in that I have to Notify Deal Reviewer, Approver etc. that is agreement is sumitted for your Approval. It reduces my manual work that is write a mail to a particular user. The mail is triggered automatically.

One of the most powerful feature of Conga CLM is Automationa capabilities. By automation the whole contract lifecycle -from creation to renewal.

Some users little bit worried about UI to be a bit clunky and not much user friendly. When working on larger nuumber of contracts or documents, the application sometime slow down.

By automating contract creation, negotiation, execution, and renewal Conga CLM is reduces the manual processes, saving time and minimize errors.
