Oh What A Night
What do you like best about the product?
How in late December back in '63... wait sorry, I enjoy the accessibility of our contracts due to being on the cloud and being able to track any revision changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface for Conga Contracts can be a bit user unfriendly due to the time it takes to learn what fields apply to where when running more in-septh reports or performing bulk edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to better notify the appropriate parties for when evaluations are due as well as the current date of the contracts expiration.

What do you like best about the product?
Increase efficiency and reduces user error. I love the features and very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't currently dislike anything about CLM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increase efficiency, faster way to process contracts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize the platform to perform to fulfill our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
As mentioned above I use Conga Contracts which is the legacy platform. Unfortunately, this system is no longer eligible for enhancements, and it is not user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to manage renewals and audit tracking.

Sometimes it can be a bit clunky to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to integrates with Salesforce, Centralized Repository a single source of truth for all contracts and Tracks changes and actions for each contract.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI/UX need to more intuitive , Performance Issues with when Large Volumes of contract
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automates contract creation, approvals, and workflows using templates , Provides searchable records, version history, and good to customizable reports
Not great for high volume SMB sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see when someone has opened or signed an agreement.
What do you dislike about the product?
How clunky, old school and time consuming it is. Not great for a SMB sales team that does tons of sign ups for multiple products/services every day. Not easy to use and it takes way too many clicks.

It allows us to send out order forms/agreements and integrates with salesforce to be able to track ARR for our team / each rep.

Conga has launched a full SaaS alternative to its traditional Salesforce-based CLM interface. This new version runs on the Conga Platform and can integrate with any CRM, ERP, or procurement system, offering far more flexibility than before.

Obligation Management Needs More Maturity.

Its solve our big problem to manage daily tasks in organized way. It make Automating approvals process.

nothing as such to dislike. It eases many things and a go to product

X Author templates for document generation after agreement is generated

What do you like best about the product?
It has a very easy integration with other platforms ie salesforce and has real - time Collaboration between the clients and users
What do you dislike about the product?
It has glitches when we navigate to other platforms which the software very slow and for smaller businesses the price is quite higher
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me in creating and editing workflow easily so that I can satisfy customers need easily in the time period. I am an able to identify risk factor in a very early stage.
