What do you like best about the product?
Yolk has taken the heavy lifting out of sales coaching. Its automated call analysis highlights skill gaps without requiring managers to manually listen to recordings. It makes it easy to see, at a glance, where reps struggle most and what needs attention. The platform generates roleplays based on real call behavior, so practice stays grounded in what actually happens on calls. Feedback is immediate and actionable, and coaching can scale across the team without adding more meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interpreting the scores takes some practice, and a few reps have questioned the early results. The initial setup also requires everyone to agree on the standards up front so the scoring is consistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduced our managers’ coaching workload while keeping coaching quality high. Reps now receive more consistent feedback, and the team can scale without having to add enablement headcount.

What do you like best about the product?
Yolk brings much-needed structure to frontline coaching. Managers no longer have to rely as heavily on gut feel, because the skill scores help guide the conversation and keep it grounded. Roleplays also line up well with the coaching feedback, so what we practice matches what gets discussed afterward. Overall, sessions feel more focused and productive, and the quality of coaching has become far more consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managers need proper onboarding to set them up for success. Coaching frameworks also require clear alignment so everyone is working from the same expectations and approach. Reporting takes time to learn as well, and it helps when that learning is supported and consistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has standardized the quality of coaching. Reps now get clearer, more consistent guidance, and managers save time in the process. Overall, development feels more structured and repeatable.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to export clean lists with accurate LinkedIn profiles and personal email addresses has made our headhunting process much faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with our specific ATS was a bit clunky, and it sometimes mapped fields incorrectly, which required manual cleanup after an export.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was really helpful for us in finding passive candidates who aren’t active on job boards, but who are a great fit for the specialized roles we’re trying to fill.

YOlK AI helps me adjust weak spots, and the reps actually enjoy the challenges in it. The interface is also excellent, with a great dashboard.

Some scoring sometimes felt a bit generic, but other than that I didn’t have any issues.

This has improved the quality of our initial outreach conversations.

The visual dashboard makes it easy to pinpoint where reps struggle, and it clearly breaks down objection handling and where rapport breaks down.

The main thing I found difficult was data integration. Some of our third-party call platforms were finicky at first, which required a few tweaks to the API settings to get everything working smoothly.

Yolk works well for remote sales teams. Managers can review calls without needing to shadow live. The AI roleplays let reps practice anytime, and the feedback is immediate, without having to schedule meetings. The dashboards also provide clear visibility across regions, which helps keep coaching consistent even when the team is fully remote.
What do you dislike about the product?
Remote reps still need proper onboarding, and that part feels a bit lacking right now. Also, some of the roleplay sessions can start to feel repetitive after a while.

Some scenarios feel a bit too scripted, especially early on. The voice delivery could also be improved to make the overall experience feel more natural.
