Face recognition and tagging are a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Face recognition on photos and videos are the best. Search function is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is very very subpar. It's clunky and needs a 2022 overhaul. It won't keep you logged in, so authentication needs to be way better and searching and navigating around folders is like being in a corn maze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using dropbox and had to manually catalog everything and now it does it automatically. So, it's definitely night and day.
By far the best DAM out there!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Canto was the ease of use and the portals. Very easy to deploy and utilize. Very easy to brand. I've looked at many DAM's; this was by far the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mass import function needs a little work to be more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Canto was a perfect way to let our BU's access logos, images, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect that could benefit from improvement in Canto's product is its AI integration. Although this is an area in need of development, it doesn't overshadow the many positive aspects of Canto's product, which remains an impressive digital asset management solution.

An Easy and Intuitive Photo Database Solution for Communicators
What do you like best about the product?
Canto allows communicators across many departments in our organization to access photo assets, download them as needed, and quickly see photo descriptions and details for captioning purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Selecting multiple photo assets for download in a .zip file can be somewhat tedious, and folder organization could be more intituitve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy way for communicators across our organization to easily download photo assets for their own marketing and communication materials, with an easy way to grant access to individuals and set custom folders and options.
Image Relay
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to start up, maintain and to explain to end-users. Also, support is quick and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to Image Relays as you can tailor it to your needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image relay keeps our business going when our workday ends in the office. Outside parties can access defined information at anytime.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The more you use your account everyday it becomes easier to use and you find other tasks Image Relay can support you with.
Excellent Cloud Storage Solution and Easy UI
What do you like best about the product?
We use Canto for grounds wide advanced resource the board. Our Marketing and PR group deals with the application, which assists us with disseminating photographs and recordings to our grounds offices and news media. We find it particularly supportive for getting sorted out and conveying games related substance. It is likewise useful for getting sorted out photographs and recordings for simple recovery.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now and again the application is laggy, yet the Canto group is exceptionally receptive to issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a spot to arrange and share visual resources across grounds and remotely to the media. We have observed it expanded our usefulness and reaction times, bringing about expanded procured media valuable open doors.

User interface and customer service were lacking. We didn't have a good experience in working with our rep.

What do you like best about the product?
You can create "albums" and employees can post their own selfies and pix.

It can seem very overwhelming with choices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a nonprofit our development fundraising and social media content is increasing and organizing tracking all that digital media matters
Easy file sharing. Minimal growing pains for the tech disabled.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to upload new content, create folders, and the search function is absolutely stellar. It takes a new and way better approach to 'file explorer.' It's a little strange looking on the homepage, but trust me, just use the search bar. You can narrow down results like crazy and I always am able to find the content I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The actual look of the landing page could be a little better. I have no trouble using or learning new software, but I think I'm the outlier here. A few people at my company still have trouble and I think it's because the look of the site is different than anything else. They have also had trouble signing up. These are small qualms, but the people who usually have trouble with technology will likely have trouble here. It's not an intense program though, so onboarding the slow learners should be pretty simple if you take over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've found a way to aggregate all of our marketing content, it's organized in folders in one location, and the ease of access has gone up tremendously. Having a place where all the content lives, that's easily accessible is paramount.

What do you like best about the product?
Canto provides several useful features, but we really appreciate the Portals, which allow us to offer the same asset file to different audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish that Canto's Portals would allow some basic web builder elements to create buttons and internal links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding files in Dropbox was becoming unwieldy, but Canto makes it much simpler for a variety of audiences to find what they are looking for.
