Easy to Use with Great Search and Partner Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, plus great search functions and sharing for partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve in the beginning, took us some training to get it working, also growing costs to per-seat model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves where to store our high-resolution digital photos, don't have to serach for images or event photos, easy for photographers to upload

Making it easier to access documents that are needed for our customers and additional paperwork.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Canto’s smart search and simple, streamlined workflows that make daily use easy. Its intuitive interface, smooth cloud setup, strong feature set, and solid integrations all support fast, organized, and efficient content management. Also, the integration to PowerPoint makes the presentation creation more agile.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can lag, especially with large libraries or heavy operations. Also, when you need to find multiples visual contents, it is not optimized to move between contents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto solves the challenge of finding and using brand‑aligned content by providing smart search and strong organization. This greatly benefits you by making it easy to locate the correct pictograms and official document templates, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and speed in your daily work.

Canto’s biggest strength is its simplicity an intuitive interface, fast asset search, easy sharing, and low admin effort, making it quick for teams to adopt and use effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
This product is excellent for its simplicity, making it easy to use. However, it can feel limiting if you require advanced automation features or need more control at an enterprise level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto addresses the problem of asset chaos by centralizing files, which makes searching and sharing much easier. It also helps maintain brand consistency, ultimately saving time, reducing errors, and enabling teams to work more quickly and efficiently.

Effortless Photo Search Makes Campus Life Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to find photos. I work in a school where we have 3 campuses and finding pics for my specific campus is so much easier than other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no select all button. You have to click 1 photo for the tiny button to appear that selects all. it's just not very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm in charge of changing up the photos on the televisions around the campus. The capability of downloading 100's of photos is really nice. The email link and subsequent download is fast and easy.
